I have been working out at other gyms, and going hard, but she tweaked my planks and squats and wall sits, showing me correct form. Form makes a huge difference! And there were a few a ha moments, where she pointed out a few weak spots and how to focus and correct it. A great atmosphere! The staff and other members are very friendly. However, I have never seen such extreme results in only four weeks time as I did when I took these classes 2 to 3 times a week. The group that I did the classes with felt like a close team and the coaches were extremely welcoming and not intimidating. Physically, I pushed my body in ways I never did before in quick bursts of interval training. Every class was different and I looked forward to each one. The workouts are short and varied enough that you feel like you can at least try anything, and the instructors always give an option to make it a bit easier and a bit harder with each exercise intro. Like I said, I have since moved away but am looking to get involved in a gym like this.
