I searched the internet for months until the car I wanted in the right spec finally showed up. It was located in Ohio at BMW of Toledo. I called and spoke to Clay the salesman and from the first initial call to the day the transport truck showed up, he was very professional and courteous. He kept in contact with me every step of the way and sent me countless photos and videos of the car to ease my fears. The car was flawless and was exactly as described. To my surprise there were no stories or hidden things that wasn't mentioned. Any concerns I had the team at BMW of Toledo didn't hesitate to address it right away.This isn't my first BMW and I have dealt with a lot of BMW dealerships here on the east coast and by far these guys are honestly the best dealership I have ever dealt with considering I wasn't even in the state to view the car or even test drive it. Multiple attempts to the dealership with no return calls or texts. When we finally got one it was a, oh you can bring it in and we'll replace/fix but you'll have to pay for it .... Sigh....ok whatever. It's been about a month since we've had the car we purchased for our teen daughter and we've had nothing but issues with it now!! Emissions Coil had to be replaced, and apparently it was just stuck in there with clips broken. Spark Plugs had to be replaced. Also found that the emissions control hose was just duct taped together. How they seemed to not disclose or miss all this with any of their own work or inspections done is beyond me. Thank God my kid didn't leave for school just yet cause this lemon of a car just stalls at the drop of a hat!!! We've got to put a ton of work into it, so BEWARE when buying a used car off this lot!!! Get it checked out from a mechanic you trust before you buy!!! EDIT 7/19/24 The car still won't start or run, we've had it to our mechanic as well as to a Chevy dealer in Toledo and no one has any clue what's going on with it.... Knapp sent us a piece of $hit that we spent money on and just can't use, my daughter who's about to go off to college, now has no car!!! BEWARE!! Knapp can reach out to us if they want to help, but we're sure they won't, they knew what they sold us and didn't care!! This 2013 Chevy Cruze is a paperweight!!! Edit 7/26/24 This car has officially been in the shop longer than my daughter drove it ... Still no fix, we've had to put in 2K worth of work, for the car to be a dead paperweight!!! We are now out a car because no one can figure out what is wrong with it, we are out $10K, my daughter now has no transportation for college which she leaves for in a few weeks because we have no way to purchase another car for her. Kapp sells LEMON'S!!!!!! I am now beyond stressed and frustrated that they sold us this 2013 Chevy Cruze with makeshift work done, duct tape work done, just to get it off the lot and die!!! Thanks for killing our finances and killing the joy a kid had going to college with her own car!!! 7/29 Update We FINALLY have the car fixed thanks to Total Auto Care Toledo who had a slew of problems to go through, here's the final run down of what Knapp Chevrolet sold us .. Broken tab glued in connector going from the coil pack to the engine. Other end of the pigtail going to the Control Unit / Computer was aftermarket replacement that was wired in wrong Emission control house duct taped / electrical tapped together. They did have to reprogram the Body Control Module and The Computer. The computer ended up not being fired that's how the found out the other end of the connection was wired wrong and held together with clips.When they installed the new computer it still wouldn't start. So they put the original computer back in and rewired and soldered all the connections correctly the re programed everything!! The parts that where clipped in wrong where aftermarket because genuine parts are color coded ... The parts that where connected wrong had all white wires... The car is finally back up and running... If you buy a used car from Knapp take it to your own mechanic first to have it looked at, don't trust the sales guy, or their service department..

He left his $350 pair of sunglasses inside while he did paperwork. Excited about his purchase he didn't notice the missing glasses until he was on his way home. I'm sure there were a limited number of employees in the building at that time, but they have not been able to return his glasses or let us know if the culprit was ever caught. (Shouldn't have been too hard-how many people were cleaning up vehicles that morning!) Deeply disappointed and will not be purchasing any future vehicles from this business.

Within one month (January 26, 2026), the check engine light came on. Diagnosis: codes P0137 and P0500 -- O2 sensor replaced. On March 2, the check engine light returned with code P0500. At that time, the spark plugs were found to be fouled and black. Repairs included replacing the plugs, cleaning the fuel injection and throttle body, performing relearns, and adding fuel cleaner. By March 17 -- just 2.5 months after purchase and only ~1,300 miles driven -- the check engine light came on for a third time. I took the vehicle to a GMC dealership, where they diagnosed fouled spark plugs and an issue with cylinder 4. I was then informed the vehicle is experiencing engine failure and requires a complete engine replacement. For a low-mileage 2022 vehicle, this type of engine failure is unacceptable. I returned to the dealership after the second repair to request an exchange or refund and was dismissed. I was told "check engine lights come on all the time" and advised to continue driving the vehicle. After emailing to request a meeting with the owner, I received a phone call but was given the same response. I was told I had not taken the vehicle to the "correct" mechanic -- despite using a repair facility listed on their own website as approved for the extended warranty I purchased. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend getting an independent pre-purchase inspection and carefully reviewing the vehicle history before purchasing. I would not recommend The Nice Car Company due to this experience with engine failure and poor customer service.
