They charged me $135 for the service, $50 for using the wench, $28 for mileage, $4 a mile, $25 a day for storage ( I got it the same day they took it) and a $40 administrative fee. Total was $278 for getting the car out of the ditch and towing it for 7 miles! RIP OFF!!! And to think police officers call them! And no, they don't take AAA, not when they can charge almost $300 for one call. I can't believe the police are condoning this!

Both my husband and I had spoken to Kaleb at Rescue Towing a few…read moretimes to arrange for a tow of a 1988 Grand Marquis (huge car) that doesn't run and has flat tires. We knew this was not your average tow. Kaleb assured us he would do it and come out after noon on a Wednesday. By 7pm, still no tow truck. We called and they explained that there had been an accident preventing them from coming. I understand that things happen, but my Mom waited ALL DAY for them to come. A simple phone call would have been the nice, expected, professional thing to do. In any event, they assured us they'd be there the next day at 10am. They finally showed up closer to noon, and decided that the tow was 'not worth our trouble' due to the location of the vehicle. No discussion of options to maybe move the car closer to the road or anything. Simply said they wouldn't do it and left. I called Kaleb to ask what happened and he lied. He said we stated the car would be in the driveway, which we absolutely never said. Kaleb and this company are shady and I would not recommend!

I got my truck back from them with engine parts broken and scattered all over my engine bay, truck…read morebed and inside of my truck. Repaired nothing in my truck but a senor I already had in my passenger seat and charged me 20$ extra. Worst shop experience I've had ever. And I've went to muffler man before so that's really saying something. I want my money back for wasting my time and money. Unsatisfied customer.
