Not sure if it's just this instructor but he did not teach her any skills! He basically had her drive around for each session but did not actually try to teach her any skills that would help her become a competent driver and pass the driver's test. He even gave her wrong information and said she should not use hand over hand when turning the steering wheel during a turn. How do we know he didn't teach her anything? We took her out driving after she finished her 6 hours of training. We asked her questions about 'SMOG' (signal, mirror, over the shoulder, go) and other basic things about steering, braking, etc and nothing was reviewed. Very disappointed as we are paying for this service for them to teach my child skills to pass her test.

He was a seasoned driver and arrived in different cars each time so it was great that she got to drive in different types of vehicles. We tried to sign up for the Union high school credit for my 16yo then realized it wasn't bundled and was a separate $20 charge so we decided against it just before paying. Went ahead and tried to sign up for the regular driving school package but the system kept trying to charge us an extra $20 for the high school credit. Called "Jackie" who very nicely told us "sorry, you can't delete it if you don't want it". Ummmm so am I supposed to pay it because we changed our mind? She replied "yes, it's been that way for years, sorry, nothing I can do but you can create a new profile and use another email if you don't want to pay". What if I don't have another email?? Listen. I have my own web-based business and in 2020, I would NEVER tell a customer this! I'd be on the phone with the webmaster demanding they fix it. For now, we're moving on to a school with a better user experience.

Unprofessional, Disorganized, and Completely Unaccountable…read more This company is an absolute disaster. I had a very important DMV appointment, and their office somehow failed to log it altogether -- even though they had no problem taking my payment right away. When I called to confirm the appointment, I was told there was no record of it. Instead of owning up to their mistake, Kenya gave me attitude and offered nothing useful except to "reschedule." The issue was entirely on their end, yet she acted like she was doing me a favor. I asked to speak to Edward, the so-called manager, and of course, he couldn't be bothered to talk to me. He had his secretary handle it instead -- who clearly had no authority and offered a bunch of useless, unacceptable suggestions that didn't help at all. I eventually had to resolve the situation myself -- something they should have handled from the start. Luckily, there happened to be another driver at the DMV at the time, or I would've been completely out of luck. This entire operation is unprofessional from top to bottom. They lack communication, accountability, and basic customer service skills. Kenya was rude, Edward hid behind his staff, and nobody took responsibility for their own mistake. If your appointment actually matters, do NOT trust this business. They will take your money, mess up your schedule, and then blame you for their incompetence. I honestly have no idea how they're still in business. If I could put zero stars I would.
