Alex helped me out, and he was professional, helpful, and extremely patient throughout the process. I initially signed up for an in-class session, but as I was leaving, I realized doing it online would be faster since the class wasn't for another two weeks. I walked back in, and Alex didn't hesitate at all and he quickly switched everything over with no issue. Alex has a great attitude and provides excellent customer service, which is rare these days. My daughter recently had 6 hours of behind the wheel training with Community Driving School (Eloy…read morewas the instructor). Not sure if it's just this instructor but he did not teach her any skills! He basically had her drive around for each session but did not actually try to teach her any skills that would help her become a competent driver and pass the driver's test. He even gave her wrong information and said she should not use hand over hand when turning the steering wheel during a turn. How do we know he didn't teach her anything? We took her out driving after she finished her 6 hours of training. We asked her questions about 'SMOG' (signal, mirror, over the shoulder, go) and other basic things about steering, braking, etc and nothing was reviewed. Very disappointed as we are paying for this service for them to teach my child skills to pass her test.

I explained I do not mind if it takes a month to get my money back I'm just confused because you are not asking me for my name or information so you can cancel my transaction. He kept talking and talking and talking to just let the bank deal with it which is a bit weird to just tell a costumer that. I'm aware sir it take a few days just seems you do not want to do any work and simply let the banks deal with this I'm pretty sure this happens often cause he just right away said the bank will give me my money back.

I mostly practice with Michelle and she was great at helping me learn for the first time and she was easy to talk too when I needed to get my mind off my anxiety. Definitely come with questions and a good attitude. Daniel was also very friendly and helpful, I recommend both of them. Personally, I did get frustrated driving with Johnson, but he helped my turns and thats all that matters at the end of the day. Ruby was very friendly and was trying to pump me up for the test, I appreciated it. Overall, I'd recommend this school. For first time drivers, Michelle is a great instructor, but so was Daniel and Ruby.
