I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into helping my son build confidence and improve his driving skills. Unfortunately, my experience with Michelle was the complete opposite. Her customer service was unprofessional, and her attitude toward parents was disappointing. She stated that parents are responsible for teaching their children how to drive. While I understand that parents should help their teens practice, that's exactly why we pay a driving school--to provide professional instruction, teach safe driving techniques, and reinforce good habits. If parents were expected to do all the teaching, there would be little reason to pay for professional driving lessons. Because of Jose's outstanding instruction, I would have rated this experience much higher. However, Michelle's poor customer service significantly affected my overall impression of the company.

Since my rescheduled appointment was two weeks after my original test, I had asked them for a discounted 2-hr brush up lesson. They offered me a lesson at the price of $100 instead of the usual $160.

Unfortunately, the school failed to deliver the full service agreed upon.They only provided 3 out of the 5 hours that I paid for. Since then, I have repeatedly attempted to contact them via phone calls and messages to schedule the remaining 2 hours or to request a refund for the difference. However, they have completely stopped responding and are deliberately ignoring all my contact attempts.It is completely unacceptable to keep a customer's money for services never rendered. I do not recommend this driving school due to their lack of professionalism and terrible customer service. I am currently moving forward with reporting this situation to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
