I hired a Cadillac Escapade for drop off and pick up for 4 passengers at Allegiant Stadium for the BTS concert. Probably some of the best money I spent my entire trip. Our driver Greg was great! Note for next time...Since I didn't have a parking pass, the driver had to drop us about a block and a half way from the stadium where buses and limos are allowed to lineup. But that was a minor inconvenience compared to having to walk all the way across the pedestrian bridge and back to the Strip. I found this company through Yelp. I was looking for a nice late night out casino hopping without the hassle of requesting ubers and navigating to ride share pick up areas. I called and spoke to Matt and he was able to accommodate my needs. In the course of a few days, my plans changed a few times but I was able to make the change in time and destinations easily. I did have a misunderstanding with the admin staff I was corresponding with via email but Matt was able to clarify. The night of my ride, my driver, Ben, communicated via text when he arrived (about 15 min early) and where to find him. I originally haz a 6 person limo but was upgraded to a 8 person and champagne and waters were provided. Ben was very friendly and patient. I had a mishap during the night and he did what he could to make it less inconvenient. He also offered suggestions on where to end the night. I was sent a picture of the bus we would be utilizing upon booking. Fast forward to the day of our trip, and the driver arrives late and with a smaller bus. A few of us had to stand the entire trip, as well as sit on the floor. The driver would not leave until we paid the remaining balance, and had no answers as to why we had a smaller bus. They claim the bus fit the amount of people we had, however that was clearly not the case. Christen/Kristen, who reserved the bus for us, was not helpful, and offered no resolution to the situation. I am local so there is a lot that I am already familiar with but when I called and spoke to Matt at Vegas All Nite explaining that I was trying to curate a special weekend for my daughter's 21st birthday party, he helped me walk through what he would suggest would fit best with my transportation needs. I originally called just to book a club hopper tour but felt so positive about our interaction and his suggestions that I ended up hiring Vegas All Nite to drive us around the night before our scheduled tour as well. From my interactions with Matt on the phone who helped me figure out exactly what would be best for my party and fit the services to my exact needs to Brittany who handled all of the emailing and scheduling reservations and billing to Greg who was our driver all Friday night (he was amazing and he even asked if I would like for him to go to the store and refill our cooler of drinks for us while he waited for us to get out of our show) and Anna the club crawl host for the "turnt up tour" on Saturday night, this company is organized, professional, helpful and fun. Here's my update as promised: Before the wedding: Bride squad picked up in Hummer stretch limo and dropped off at our chapel. Groom Squad picked up and dropped off. We opted not to use their refreshments package due to we already were content from our bridal suite luncheon and our groom's poker party luncheon. Our wedding wasn't until 7:30pm and we didn't want our wedding party wasted before the I Do's. Post-wedding: Shuttles for EVERYONE to return to the hotels (strip and off-strip). Our transportation was handled very well by Greg. We even got a last minute free upgrade due to a cancellation by another party. Due to the Labor Day holiday weekend Vegas All nite needed to use third-party vehicles for our post-wedding shuttles. Pros: Super Easy communication with Gregory. Great pricing. Nice vehicle options. Cons: The third-party shuttle that was assigned to me and my guy (Bride and Groom) had some irritating SNAFU'S. See my Bell Transportation review. Overall, Vegas All Nite provided awesome service in the planning stages and the wedding day. I was going to say if I got married again I would use Vegas All Nite, but HELLO! I'm only getting married one time. So, let me say this, if I am in Las Vegas for another cool event and we need sweet transportation, then Vegas All Nite it is! If I'm part of a bachelorette party and I help plan the event and it's in Vegas, then you know who I'm going to call. But, I'm older and all my friends and family are married so there goes that. Provided my credit card for payment as he said he required payment up front and I provided my email for confirmation. Three hours later, I didn't receive a confirmation and gave a call back. Spoke to Greg again and he denied any conversation with me and also gave attitude as well. I'm not sure if this spot is a scam? But I definitely had the feel of it. After being " left on read" and calls unanswered several times by a different company once providing my CC info- I went hunting for another limo company that could accommodate 17 teenagers and one adult, and didn't make me feel like was being robbed. THANKFULLY- I found Vegas All Nite. I originally opted for a 14 passenger Sprinter for my teenage daughter's birthday but after booking it- I changed my mind and upgraded to a 18 passenger Escalade Limo 3 days before my event date. Gregory was accommodating and efficient, and SO quick to respond. I even texted him before "office hours " like a crazy spaz , and he STILL responded. Making safe payments via PayPal made the experience easy for me after dealing with the earlier company. And it helps when the owner answers questions right away. He also made me feel like an old friend rather than a customer, he's so personable! Our limo driver, Ronaldo was awesome as well to put up with all the teenagers singing and yelling songs excitedly ( hey,they were in a limo after all). He even texted to let me know he had taken a wrong turn but would be there soon, 5 minutes late was not a big deal at all. I made reservations 3 months in advance. Wanted to take my 88 YO mom out for a nice dinner. Pick up was scheduled for 4 pm. At 4:10 I tried calling the driver. No answer. I then tried the other number they gave me. The young lady tried to be helpful, but she said she was driving (must have had the windows down and the stereo up high). She said the office would call me right back. They didn't, so I called the young lady again. The office finally called me back. They ended up dispatching 4 different drivers. None called or showed. By this time it was 4:30 and I had a 5:15 reservation in Henderson (I'm in Summerlin). They said there nearest driver was 20 minutes away. I then cancelled and drove us myself. We used them for our wedding last month and initially it was great. The bud was on time, professional, and polite. However, the AC went out in the bud and it felt like a sauna. Our guests complained the whole trip to our venue and back about how hot it was and it spoiled the mood. We were all in suits and a few of the gals were pregnant and this awful experience (on my wedding keep in mind) could have been avoided if they made sure the AC worked.
