However, we had to extend our trip and when we got off the buss, the driver, Robbie said I had to pay him in cash for the remaining balance. He had been helpful thus far so I had trusted that he needed to collect before we had left. I proceeded to pay him and the next day he told me that the company charged our card and that he wanted to give me back the cash in person. That never happened and Elizabeth called me back from the company and told me I wasn't going to get a refund back, she was extremely cold especially after waiting 5-6 days for them to get back to me. It's extremely disappointing and Robbie refused to leave before he got paid. This company unfortunately had really good potential but after being out a few $100 I just can't justify coming back. Earth Limo has built a reputation for reliable and on-time transportation, yet our recent ride exposed a critical flaw with their vehicle. I booked their service for my wedding since they were first listed in our venue. The day of my wedding, their Classicl style Limo which I had originally booked for photography purposes supposedly had a flat tire and they were only able to "upgrade" me to their sprinter van. Being so last minute, of course I took the alternative. As great as it sounded space wise, the vehicle didnt have functioning air conditioning. During the whole 45 minute ride (both ways), we were not comfortable. The driver had the air at its coldest and strongest, but it never cooled down the vehicle, thus leaving us sweaty and exhausted. Hopefully they get that fixed so one else has to go through that. read more

Gave me wrong info and sold me to go with them then completely did the opposite of what they offered. To begin, our driver, Angelo, was not very attractive. On a good note, he arrived about 15 minutes earlier than expected. I looked out the front door, and he was parked. The staff was kind and respectful. Very helpful. ( Jon & Genelle). BUT the owner (Lou Castro from Earth Limousines) was SO RUDE! This our first and last time using their services. We inquired for 3 black suv for filming. And was clear and specific. Their rep( Genelle quoted us THIS) which we agreed and paid in full. No deposit And then said she needed to double check for filming. She later responded with a price with filming saying it was inclusive. Then today, after filming the owner calls and request for an additional ($50 per car) $160 total. I tried to explain to him that was not my agreement with her. He said it's incorrect and we need to pay it. ( in her email) Then I tried to explain to him I'm not the person responsible " For payment " but before I could even finish talking. He starts yelling at me. Raising his voice. Just cause he heard me say the words "responsible for payment" he goes off yelling me . Rude! Completely unprofessional! They knew our athletes are competing in 3 days in the Mr. Olympia that's why we are filming. We have 8 Olympian athletes and one is the current, reigning 2x Mr. Olympia Champ ( Big Ramy) and then have the nerve to threaten us with, if we doing post the ( $150) our boys will not return to their drop off and they will have them on the side of the road! Is unacceptable ! Had he let me finish, before interrupting me with his yelling or raising his "aggressive" tone" With me. I was trying to tell him, " that's I'm not the l one responsible.... ( doesn't even let me finish) For payment, let me call the boss" Completely rude. Never again willl we refer them and use them again! 100% RECOMMENDED! I called 15 companies before getting to Earth Limos @ 3:00am. I spoke with Phillip who LISTENED to my Needs in transporting a man from Las Vegas to UCLA Medical Ctr. He had his left leg amputated with his right leg paralyzed & unable to bend. Phillip knew all the various vehicles & said a Stretch Limo would be the best. The Limo arrived @ Encompass Rehab on Oquenda (ALSO A 10+ in Physical Therapy,cleanliness, & food). We had the director & 3 men to load the Patient. Meanwhile The Driver Emal R began tucking in the sheets I had brought, put drainage pads on the couch & floor & then directed the men how to safely load Brian.The driver, Emal brought the man a cup of coffee; put his lunch bag on ice & insured pillows were properly supporting him. Then he rolled a blanket for support under the patients' leg. He adjusted the temperature & showed the occupant how it worked. The driver pulled out slowly & drove at a slower speed to avoid bumps causing discomfort. They stopped for gas & lunch and ate in the car. Emal continued to watch Mr.P thru the rear view mirror to ascertain his comfort as he drove. When they Arrived at UCLA , Emal talked with the head nurse in Emergency, who brought staff & a gurney to Transport Mr Pye. The driver continued to advise the staff how best to remove Mr.Pye. Upon admitting him into the emergency Ward, driver, Mr.Rezaie went into make sure The Patient had all his belongings & could reach his blue bag that contained medicine, glasses & food. Absolutely horrible customer service. We left a package in the vehicle and they contacted us to tell us (which was a nice start). They said to let them know when we were coming down to get it. I gave them a heads up and when I got there a few days later no one could locate it. After speaking to several different individuals no one would return my phone call. Finally, the result is they threw it away. No compensation, but worse, their handling of the situation lacked complete professionalism. Empty promises to return my call. We book a party bus to celebrate my sons bday. The trip was supposed to last 2 hrs. The driver Glenn T was very rude and use profanity when he dropping them off at the Link. He told them to be back at a certain time because he doesn't "f... around". When asked to turn the music up on the way there he refused and said that the bus would heat up, he gave them no privacy during the trip and he left the house at 8:00 pm and brought them back by 9:40 pm. Over all 26 kids were very unhappy when they got back...... the very least he could've turned the music on. The reason we spent almost $500.00 is to at least have the music loud and why is the tip included on the total charge? Now I see why he doesn't care about the customer service. read more

Great company! I booked an 8 person stretch limo for 5 girls (they didn't have a 6 person limo) for a bachelorette party and every step from the booking process to the ride was seamless. I had generically booked a 1.5 hour strip tour without initially knowing our pickup and drop off destinations as we were still figuring out plans. I was easily able to add those details to our booking closer to the ride date. With Earth limos I appreciate that someone always picks up the phone when you call this company and talks to you in a professional manner. That's more than can be said for a lot of other limo companies in vegas. Their prices are pretty reasonable. You can definitely find cheaper options but some of the other companies don't have encouraging ratings so I tried to avoid them. The other thing I loved about earth limos is their flexibility. I changed my original scheduled time a few days before the ride as well as literally one hour before the ride. Our dinner was delayed so I asked if we could change our start time to 15 minutes after scheduled time and they were very accommodating. Great customer service! Marlene was our driver and she was wonderful. Limo itself seemed clean. They had told us we would get a black limo but ended up with a white one, which was ok since it actually worked better for our pics with our color coordination. Lastly their prices are all inclusive including taxes and tips so you don't have to worry about anything after you book. They have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Your card gets charged 24 hours before the ride. You can also add champagne for $10 a bottle. read more

It was a hot day at 100 degrees, and we were drenched in sweat in that limo. It was a horrible way to arrive I complained to the owner about this, and he offered me a free limo ride (1 hour) in any city that he operated in. He asked me where I lived, I said SF, and he said an example of what I could do would be a ride to or from SFO airport from the city. I took him up on that shortly after, and of course his team tells me that they will not do it. Not only did this company make my wedding miserable, but they lied in order to get me to avoid writing a bad review...so here I am letting everyone know about my experience. read more

You get what you pay for.. while planning my wedding I chose this company because they had the best price. I scheduled my pick up time with the locations and the final drop off time. I asked if I would be notified when the driver arrived for pickup since we were staying in a hotel and was assured that was a standard practice. 15 minutes after pickup time I called the company from my room, they placed me on hold to call the driver and then told me he had been waiting downstairs.
