Instead, they can't bother to figure out what 2 simple gutter pieces cost, & wanting to fill the holes w/hydraulic cement (insane), they just list a labor charge, & ask for 10% down, labor & material billed daily, & a credit card on file, I called them to speak to a total incompetent who then hands it over to Dick Hoerr, who called me a "social idiot", and a "moron", & that he'd never do a job for me. As if I would EVER consider a contractor who would call me filthy names & doesn't even know how to do the job. You don't pour 20-30 ft. of hydraulic cement in the holes - you cover the holes with rubber or aluminum & then coat that w/a small amount of hydraulic cement. Then, in his answer to one of the numerous negative reviews, he writes: "We are the highest rated handyman company on Angie's in the United States and we are located here in Chicago. I personally live in the Chicagoland Area. Simply put this is one of those landlords that attempts to beat down labor after they work on his home in an effort to maximize his profit. I contacted the chair's manufacturer, but they said the chair had an invalid serial number (counterfeit product?), so the chair was not covered by warranty and not eligible for replacement parts (which cost almost as much as a new chair). I then tried to return the chair to Rightsize Facility Performance, but they required me to track down and talk to the original saleswoman, which took days of playing phone tag. I returned the chair in early May and got a receipt, but it's been over a month, and the refund hasn't appeared in my account yet. Also, they claim that they steam-clean the chairs, but when I brought home my chair, there was still a great deal of dirt embedded in the fabric. Shopping here isn't worth the hassle. And the prices here are much higher than other used furniture stores or Craigslist.
