Unbelievably poor service. My mother passed 4 months ago. The week she passed, we met with Jackie to enlist her services to administer the trust and then early the next week paid her $2500 to do that. From that point, it's been nothing but delay and excuses. Jackie has had the addresses of the beneficiaries that need to be notified since Sept 6 (why so late is also a result of delays). However not one of the beneficiaries has been notified at this point in time (Oct 14). I received a response from Jackie's assistant who gave me some garbled response about needing to get more stamps or something. What a joke. This is unbelievable. Jackie also told me that she filed the trust and pour over wills with the probate court, but never provided me any information regarding the probate case number. She also failed to return the pour over will original or copy documents to me. I have serious doubts as to whether or not the probate filing was even done. At this point, I need my money back, and I need all of my documents back. If I have to sue to get that to happen, I will. INSANELY POOR SERVICE. UNBELIEVABLE. read more

I am extremely disappointed at how my case has been handled. I first went to Jacqueline in 2018 and up until today I am still waiting for the process to be complete. I completely understand that everyone has gone through roughy situations during this pandemic however ignoring your customers is not the way to go about it. I believe I have been beyond patient and understanding in this process and it's very frustrating when you have paid for a service which has not been completed. I have made many attempts to reach Jacqueline via Facebook, text message, her office number, and her website. It's nearly impossible to get a response. The time I did receive a response I was promised an update and haven't heard anything again. I've been avoiding writing this review for over a year because I hate the thought of bashing a small business woman trying to make ends meet. However, as another woman also trying to make ends meet I was very disappointed and embarrassed by her services. I reached out to Jackie because she was local and affordable. I needed someone to take care of everything for me from beginning to end because first of all I have zero legal knowledge and second I couldn't afford to miss work to go to court. My legal response was a joke, the petitioner called me to mock me for the amount of errors that my legal assistant had made. I almost lost my mind, so embarrassing! Even the most minuscule of details was incorrect (my name & address) I remember she was leaving on vacation and was trying to rush through our appointment (first red flag) as quickly as possible. I tried getting a hold of her, through her assistant and directly for a very long time, like many others, without a response. Finally I was given a partial refund after requesting one but not before she disclosed to the other party involved that I was requesting a refund for her services. Why would the other party need to know those details? Overall, unprofessional. I was able to redo and finish the process myself. My advice would be to Google your way through the legal process before resorting to seeking their assistance. read more
