This is a cute little shop in the back of Vietnam Town with a huge selection of false eyelashes. When I said huge, I mean they got hundred of styles to chose from. Neal the owner actually made it a fun and an easy experience. His understanding for beauty and courtesy of each individual taste allows him to create his customized eyelash tools for his customers to "try" before purchasing. It was so awesome that I got to "try" on the eyelashes prior to my purchase. I was able to place these customized lash tools to my upper eye lids to find the perfect pair of lashes. I usually get so lost shopping for lashes because I can't try them on. They're either a hit or miss once I get to try them on when I get home. Absolutely love the lashes and prices here. Lashes are easy to fan, even the ones that aren't the easy fan lashes. $8-$16 per tray depending on how many trays you buy. They have a sample counter where you can try out their tweezers and their lashes and glue. They also have supplies like fans, tiny mirrors, lash nebulizers, tiles, and supplies for eyebrow microblading/ombré shading. They also have falsies and they put them on sticks so you can have a better picture of how they'd look on you. I came in today because I needed a lash adhesive ASAP. The one I was using by another brand wasn't working for my clients and this was the closest store I found that sold adhesives since the one I ordered by yegi didn't arrive in time. Wow! Can I just say that this place is amazing for lash technicians?! On top of it, Neal has great customer service! Although he was in the middle of restocking, he noticed that I needed help and stopped what he was doing to help me. Okay, so I'm no lash technician. I came in wanting to buy a set of individual lashes to fix my own eyelash extensions. (My left eye, eyelash extensions ALWAYS has a gap at the same spot. I've concluded that's it's my eye's fault). Instead of going to my regular lash technician to fix it, I decided to fix it myself. I told Neal my situation, and he gave me suggestions on what I needed to buy (specific tweezers, eye pads, etc.) and what eyelash extensions I should purchase. Excellent customer service! A man who I think is the owner, greeted me as soon as I came in. I asked him what glue for eyelash extensions he recommended for sensitive eyes because my eyes will swell up if I used one with too many chemicals. He knew exactly which one to refer me to and even sample it on my skin, along with some others, to make sure my skin doesn't react to it. He also recommend the calogen eye patch which are pretty cool because they are individually pack and really keeps the bottom hair down. They have good products withaffordable pricing! First and foremost, the owner is so informative and wants the best for his customers which is such a great quality to have when running a business. I didn't get to catch his name but i've bumped into him a couple times, and all the times I saw him he was willing to give me advice. You can tell Bella 3D is always trying to put the best out there, and supply lash technicians/PMU Microblading artists with whatever is trending and great basics. I have been using their luxury black .07 mix boxes and they literally fan beautifully. I also picked up .05 mix box but I'm still trying to get used to it since i've only lashed for about 1.5 months! The owner asked me about what I've tried and I told him my situation and he offered to take back the .05 mix box in order to accommodate me. That was super nice of him! I did decide to keep them because I plan on using them more, but if you're used to .05 they're probably going to be so nice for you! The lashes are black and not too shiny which is ideal. I also use other items from Bella 3D and EVERYTHING exceeds my expectations. They have almost everything you can possibly buy online which is so convenient. I came in with a mindset to just "try" their items out but now I can say I love coming here. Moving forward, I will be returning to buy all my products. No need to wait for shipping!
