I politely asked if I could get a dip manicure instead of the regular manicure I scheduled and she was not able to because of her next client. I understand appointments are made for a reason and the type of service determines the length of time. What really angers me is that Ivy was 15 minutes late for my appointment. If she was running late because of another client please be professional and let me know. My girl Kate is out for a while so I'm going to the Deluxe Nails closer to my house. I was told it wouldn't be an issue. I was left with a really splotchy brown color on the rest of my hair, with blue still coming through. The worst part was I was left with brown stripes in the blonde streak! It looked like grill marks! I was heart broken because the blonde was very over processed and straw like :( I would have never gotten the blonde streak if I knew it would be so damaged. I was left alone with my hair being bleached for a long time with no one checking up on me, so the bleach was left in too long. When they put the brown dye on, I was left with it running down my face as it was dripping a lot, and no one was around. I went back to get the grill marks bleached out, but they still left a brown stripe right on the top! I had to watch out when the wind blew my hair back because it looked so ridiculous. I didn't want to have to go back for the third time, especially when you have to pay $35 to have it blow dried to not walk out with a wet head for the mistakes they made I paid $250 dollars to have my hair completely botched. I don't know how to fix it either. I had a lot of medical issues a few years ago, so I lost a lot of my hair until recently. It took me years to grow my hair back to the point of being healthy, and it's so painful to be back at a point where I either damage it more to fix this mistake or live with my hair looking like this.

She sat on her phone multiple times (she would randomly stop mid-way and tell me to put my hand in the lamp and immediately grab her phone). Once I was done, the lotion was barely rubbed into my hands and she dropped some cuticle oil on and just left it there. I had to awkwardly pay while my nails were basically dripping cuticle oil. After looking at them when I left, the dust from drilling and built up product was left underneath my nails, there are a lot of little bumps and even a brush hair caught underneath the gel that got stuck while curing, and polish on my skin and cuticles. It just felt like she was moving as quickly as possible and there was not a lot of attention to detail. In the end, my nails do look pretty good (from afar) the service itself was just disappointing. All the other workers seemed great with their customers!

When I asked if acetone could be used, I was told it would take too long. This approach caused significant discomfort and even led to damage to my natural nails. When I booked the appointment, I clearly stated that I would need acrylic removal followed by a gel manicure. Given that, I was surprised that there wasn't sufficient time allocated for a proper soak-off. Had I been informed about any time constraints or scheduling conflicts, I would have been more than willing to wait or reschedule for a safer and more comfortable experience.
