I got my lips done and loved them in 2017. I went back again for touch ups and again for more filler over a course of time! She injected incorrectly in my mucocutaneous line, also known as the wet dry boarder, which caused this. (I'm not a professional, obviously this is what I have been told when searching for places to get my lips fixed!) She lifted up my lip and injected underneath and once finding out what happened to my lips, I asked why this happened and she said she didn't even inject there. Things like this can happen, When the lips migrate I get that, however, when an injector injects right into that spot underneath your lips, and then lies, that's a big difference !!! When going back, doctor Brenza kicked me out of the office and told me I was never allowed to return. I went to many different doctors and they said she has to be the one to fix it and dissolve it. One plastic surgeon even wrote her a letter saying that it may need to be cut out at this point bc it could be scar tissue. My lips are so un even. I found one doctor that did try dissolving it and it didn't budge.. however, nobody wants to try to refill them, she should fix them. I have tried to reach out to her because the last picture is 2023 TODAY my lips look worse and the lumps underneath are bigger than before. She ignores all my messages when all I ask her to do is look at them to see if there is anything she could do. Just be careful if you ever go here!!!! She fooled me with being the nicest person ever!! Also, don't try and say you tried to fix the problem like you do in these other comments. You left me with botched lips for years and they have only gotten worse! I will continue to spread the word.

Attended in Dec 2024 while pregnant; had a massage therapist relay a terribly gruesome story about a woman miscarrying her baby. I unfortunately miscarried; had another appointment and the front desk switched the therapist and did not give me my preferred choice, which prompted me calling to request someone else. They told me not everyone does pregnancy massages--I calmly told them I no longer needed a pregnancy massage; the receptionist either didn't listen to me, didn't know what the loss of a baby was--I have no idea but I then had to explain, AGAIN, IN DETAIL, that there was no baby. I was appalled. I went again, a month later, and the "massage" I received shouldn't have been called that-it was a total joke--virtually no pressure even after stating medium to firm when asked. I tried cancelling my membership and was told I had to speak to management. Spoke to management and they asked why I was cancelling, so I explained the above. I kid you not, barely an apology for any of the above. In addition, after telling me I had one service left to use, they were sure to tell me that there is a $10 transfer fee for someone else to use it instead of me. A kind, "I'm so sorry this happened and I'm going to look into this" would have gone a really long way. Another note to management: if you are going to ask someone why they are cancelling, at least pretend to care.

Dad and I stayed up for hours taking turns breaking the comb out of her hair and then working on the big locked knot the size of a fist out of her hair. My daughter had long beautiful hair past her waist. This knott looked like several dreadlocks formed and then knotted all up together. Dad and I gave up and thought she was going to need a major haircut. Dad googled the best salons in our area. This salon came up. My daughter had 6 different stylist taking turns and working together to save my daughter's hair from having to get cut into a very very short bob. They all took their time and worked together for several hours. One of the stylist was was pregnant with a big belly and she stood on her feet for a long time working on my daughter's hair. She was even offered a break but still wanted to finish. Not only did they get the knot out of my daughter's hair they were able to save her length! she still has her long beautiful hair! All of the stylist in there are professional, compassionate, and I am now looking forward to them being my salon for not just my daughter but for me as well. I highly recommend them 10 out of 10!!!!!
