She is awesome and I cannot say enough good things about her!!! She was SOOOOOO careful and reassuring with my brow wax. She had me hold the mirror and went step by step with me to make sure I was happy with my brows. Brielle is definitely the kind of waxer you want to see after a nightmare experience due to her attention to detail and her willingness to ask you how YOU like your brows!!! The plaza it's in honestly doesn't do the salon justice, but don't let that fool you. The space is chic yet timeless and the decorator did a really great job designing the space. Everything is super functional yet pretty and comfortable. Environment -- I always like to talk everyone's ear off when I'm stuck in the chair for an hour at a time. From the receptionist to the stylists, everyone working in this salon was super friendly and professional. There were complimentary snacks and beverages, the bathrooms were large and clean, as was the waxing room. Service -- As you'll see in my photo, my hair needed a serious upgrade. I went to see Joanna who is truly a master stylist. I don't trust anyone else to color my hair. Badly damaged with roots 4" long, I walked in struggling. I left absolutely glowing! She used her skills to turn my sad, neglected mane into fabulous and healthy hair. An Asian girl with blonde hair is no easy feat but she always pulls it off. If you're craving a color change, please go see her; from subtle to drastic and everywhere in between, she is an adept stylist with a master's knowledge of color, chemistry and end-result. Price -- It was $190 for the color, cut, wash and eyebrow wax and worth every penny. I'm honestly not the greatest judge though...You get what you pay for and I don't take any chances with my hair! The salon products are also reasonably priced and they have a wide selection of take-home hair care. TL;DR: If you're craving a change, go see Joanna! If you're in the area, check out this salon. Today, I came for a facial. The esthetician was Katie B. She was fabulous... Friendly and professional. She gave her honest opinion and her expert advice. She said gentle, yet, gave perfect pressure to massage my face, shoulders, neck and chest. The room I was in was very relaxing and calming. I loved the oils used for the aromatherapy. The music playing was the perfect volume and there really wasn't any other outside noise coming in. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room was comfortable. She's been afraid to get it cut but she did want a little trim because of her upcoming prom. Unfortunately I got stuck at work and my husband had to take her. So I do blame myself but I told her to very specific with the stylist. I even had an appointment with the same person a couple weeks ago and talked about my daughter's fear of losing length. According to my daughter she agreed to the 2 inches of dead straight hair on the bottom but was very clear about not wanting to lose length all over. The woman took at least 3 or 4 inches off all over her head. Hair that came to her elbows now barely falls past her shoulders and what's worse is that it is uneven. The right side is very noticeably longer than the left side. If she didn't understand curly hair, she should have said something. Maybe she didn't like my daughter or thought she was wrong to express what she wanted and decided to teach her a lesson. Now she doesn't even want to go to the prom. We can't get the hair back and I have to pay somebody else to fix it. We will never go back again.

I am a dude, so my haircut is usually simple and quick. I don't make an appointment, I just walk in and ask if anyone has time to cut my hair. And they do! Sometimes I will get my eyebrows waxed - they do it all! I appreciate the personnel are always smiling and polite and after I get my haircut, everyone that knows me compliments what a good job the salon did on my hair. I don't have any pictures to post - at least for now - I mean the folks on the internet reading this don't need to see my haircut... but the salon is very professional looking: bright, clean, with a variety of stations, and plenty of products on display. He took my daughter (7 years old) to get the gc and on Christmas morning she couldn't stop talking about how nice and beautiful it was and she was so excited for me to go! I scheduled a massage for today with Melissa and from the second I got there to the second I left, I understand exactly why it's rated so highly! Everyone was welcoming and kind, the ambiance was relaxing, the massage bed was glorious. Melissa was really wonderful, listened to my concerns and really worked on some tough knots I had yet was able to work them out painlessly. The scent of the lotion she used was so nice as well. There was no pressure to schedule again or make purchases (although I did schedule my next appt for next month because I want to make sure Inget Melissa again!). I live in Washington Twp so this was about 30 min drive and I am absolutely willing to make this "our spot" from here on out!
