Also, I would have NEVER waited 5 years before trying to reach out to her, so I'm confused as to why she continues to deny the fact that I sent her two emails immediately following our ceremony. If you review our pictures versus her other work, Stevie Wonder could see that the quality (lighting & clarity) was horrible. Suzanne stated that she is a professional and has been in business for many years, so why didn't she acclimate to the conditions of the church and/or rainy day? Quite simply I was requesting either a refund or the raw photos so my husband could see if he could modify at least a few photographs from our special day. Again, Suzanne doesn't seem interested in rectifying this situation hence my reasoning for continuing to stand behind my initial review. Finally, I say if you are hiring Suzanne to take your photographs for any special occasion proceed with caution if the conditions provided aren't perfect as she doesn't seem to be capable of acclimating (i.e. weather, lighting, clarity).

More than half of the pictures she took, did not turn out at all. But the worst part of our experience is it took 1 year and 2 months to get our pictures, and then, we only got 1/2 of what we ordered, and 3 of the 5 pictures were zoomed in so much, that people's arms were cut off. However, she did give me a gift card that I used to order my own prints online and offered to give us a free mini session, which I declined.
