Coming here is like being welcome into the chef's family. Anytime I've wanted to share a truly memorable experience with family and people special to me, I try to bring them here. This is what you should expect: You arrive at this old-school house on the chef's family estate/farm. The chef's father welcomes you and sits down with you while you receive your welcome appetizers and cocktails. The father chats with you a bit about the history of the estate, etc. The chef is busy in the back preparing course after course of simply amazing dishes. With every course, the chef comes out and explains what you're about to eat, often telling you where he found the ingredients (a nearby farm for example). After dessert, comes time to sit down and sip on some local coffee. All this as you see the sun start to set, the local wildlife start to sing, and you start to wonder if you really ever need to leave.
