I loved this place! Super happy to see they had a vegan friendly menu with options like vegan…read moredumplings and a couple different veggie rolls, which were all delicious. The service was good, our waitress was very nice. The restaurant had a really cool vibe too! Definitely recommend.

It's right off Plaza Colon and if you look inside you can tell it has a lot of class and attention to detail. Living in Puerto Rico, every restaurant has the same fare it seems. This place is truly unique so it's definitely worth traveling to get here. The menu has a combination of Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine with the chefs own flare for combining really interesting flavors. We started with the goat cheese balls drizzled with honey. Amazing dish. If you want sushi, they have amazing creations here (next time I'm going for the dragon lobster roll), but there were so many options I had to choose only one entree. I went for the red curry with charrasco and my wife ordered the pad thai. Mind you we've had "pad thai" in mayaguez before but it wasn't real pad thai. This place has the real deal. The attention to detail from the Saki warming pots to the presentation of the food you won't believe the elegance of this place. And of course, the service was exceptional. This definitely is one of our new favorite places to eat in mayaguez. Continued... So we came back a few weeks later because I wanted to try their sushi. It's really good. I recommend the dragon lobster roll which is one of their most premier rolls on the menu. Not only is it visually beautiful, its got amazing textures and overtones for the palette.

Ah! I can't believe I had yet to review this restaurant. Being raised in Puerto Rico but having…read moretraveled all over, I can say that this restaurant (experience?) is one of my favorites anywhere in the world. Coming here is like being welcome into the chef's family. Anytime I've wanted to share a truly memorable experience with family and people special to me, I try to bring them here. This is what you should expect: You arrive at this old-school house on the chef's family estate/farm. The chef's father welcomes you and sits down with you while you receive your welcome appetizers and cocktails. The father chats with you a bit about the history of the estate, etc. The chef is busy in the back preparing course after course of simply amazing dishes. With every course, the chef comes out and explains what you're about to eat, often telling you where he found the ingredients (a nearby farm for example). After dessert, comes time to sit down and sip on some local coffee. All this as you see the sun start to set, the local wildlife start to sing, and you start to wonder if you really ever need to leave. Sorry for the 'cheesy' review but this place is truly an experience. A tasting menu like this anywhere in the states would cost you $300-400. Look them up elsewhere for more reviews and background, it won't disappoint!
