DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Front desk attendants are great, no complaints. Everything else, I regret wasting my time, sitting in no AC, how is this even okay for your employees to be working in?? They don't communicate that you need medical clearance to get work done if you're pregnant. (Fine maybe u should done my research not a big deal). Even when you have concerns you get completely shrugged off, no advice for future visitation once clearance is given. The older woman who's a dentist shouldn't continue practicing, she could barely even hear me, maybe that's why she didn't care about the pain I've been experiencing? If I could put zero stars I would. This place is so unorganized. They have you drive there just to tell you the dentist left. Does not even have the common sense to notify the patient. I left my job to drive there and be told oh we can't see you but do you want next week. They do not even make an effort to let me see another dentist who actually maybe knows what they are doing. I had a route canal in January and have had to come back not once but several times because the crown was the wrong color, wrong size or not ready. Still now after placing the crown the area is sensitive there should be no nerve feeling in that area but apparently this dentist did not burn all the area. They overcharge quick to charge you but when they should refund you because my insurance company paid them they make all these excuses and still have not refunded me. This is a horrible place. When I tell you they have the worst customer service. Please believe they do. The women in the front desk are VERY unorganized, rude, and very unprofessional. No empathy and can care less if they have customers or to help customers. The only person who goes above and beyond and is helpful is office manager Kelly. She is a sweetheart. They totally get a ZERO in stars! They are a ripoff and the doctor doesn't complete work. He gave my child a half of a root canal and still has yet to complete it! I don't normally give out bad reviews. I always do my research before I try a new place out. Everything was going well, great communication and setting up new appointments for my parents. But when they showed out to the appointment today. No one had verified the insurance and were not sure if they took it. My parents wasted time just sitting in the lobby to just be told the insurance was not verified yet and could only be give a exam. That's very unprofessional and not organized! I took my daughter for braces and they made me sign a contract and i was not happy with their services because ortho was there i think only once a month and i was paying them as planned then i lost my mother then my job and then found out i had cancer and had no way of paying becuse on top of that they took my unemployment away i told the manager and they didnt care anyways my daughter was not even getting treated because of covid so its so unfair and inhumane that people go through financial problems so the lady said you have to redo and sign for treatment but then she explained that i had to start paying the whole amount when i had already paid them almost 800 dollars. This was the most disgusting and unprofessional service my husband and I have ever received. We went to get an implant and after 4 visits still no dental work or service. We always had to call them first to check on the status and left on hold 30 mins each time. Was told one thing and get there and told another. No one ever knew anything! On the 1st visit it was an implant. By the 4th visit we are being told they can't do an implant but have to do a bridge! Of course we told them we won't be back and just overall disappointed in the lack of empathy and professionalism. I would give them no stars if I could. So sad. read more

This place is terrible. My daughter is currently waiting to get her braces removed. Her appointment time was at 430pm, the little girl from behind the desk had the nerve to come and ask her how long has she been waiting. My daughter says I've been here since 420pm. The little girl from behind the desk had the nerve to say and I quote " oh okay just making sure weren't waiting an hour they will get to you shortly." Now I'm sorry but we've been here for over an hour!!! They are unprofessional, slow as hell and rude!! Will not be giving another dime to this place ever in life!!! If I could give this place zero stars I would. Bella dental is who I go to for my braces and the past year I've been going it's been nothing but hectic for me. They are so unorganized there's no point in having adults running the place. Toddlers would do a better job! I set me debond date for 11/21/22 I had to take off work for this appt only to make it to the dentist for them to tell me I didn't have an appt set. I knew there would be problems so I kept the appt card. I pulled it out to show proof and had to go back and forth with them just so they could be taken off that day. They make you sign a paper stating that you will get your retainers the same day or they will charge you $100 if they aren't picked up. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. My 5 year old son had a dentist appointment at 11:00 AM this past Saturday we didn't get called in until 11:45 AM from there we were not seen by anyone until 1 PM for us to get told they did not have medicine to "relax" my son. After getting that told, we the doctor STILL left to assist another patient and we waited a whole hour and after he was done they told us we would get attended next and he went with another patient. Why give an appointment at a certain time if you're not going to get seen till 3 hours after the time. When I walked out the room and requested another appointment they were rude in the front and said my son couldn't get seen till July 20 something keep in mind he's been complaining about a tooth hurting so he's just suppose to be like that for a whole this? I am baffled by this dentist. They always take a very long time to assist you-- even if you show up early for your appointment. The staff does not seem to have the urgency to attend to any of the guests. Problems always seem to arise when coming here. I only come here because I have braces and cannot break the contract with this dentist. They have run out of supplies for braces many times, and the doctor didn't even explain to me how to put on rubber bands for my braces which indeed in crucial. I'm appalled by the services here. Only one girl at the front desk was nice the rest didn't even welcome you. The dentist I wouldn't say unprofessional but he had very little patient care. He barley introduced himself I had to ask the assistant what was his name. He stopped in the middle of my exam and came back to finish 20 mins later. After he was done he did not give me detail instructions and the assistant gave me a paper and said I can just go home. I have to call 4 times to speak with him to get medication. The worse place ever . They did medcaid fraud to me . Made me get two unnecessary crowns I never needed . Never finished the last one . Gave me a big crown I told them it didnt fit good. Permanently put it on my tooth . Made me go over 20 times guys . I'm not lying at all . I went when I was 2 months pregnant for pain . They kept giving me pills because he said wait till 2 trimester. I said okay i waited and they bullshitted me and said wait till 3rd . Then the pain of course never stopped and they started my crown but then when they were prepping it he said wait till after I give birth . I kept going for them to prescribe more pills or lie what they were doing. He literally would sit me in the chair and play with my teeth. He was never doing any work . He just wanted me to keep coming so he can get payed for all my visits . I asked for my records and they gave me the first copy . But I lost it . I asked again after my Crown and they refused because I wouldnt sign a paper saying my crown was on correctly. That's against policy. They're literally fraud here dont waste your time. I literally hate them. They would do xrays knowing I was prego and didnt put a cover. They gave me pills to take that have side affects. They wasted my time for everything. Horrible customer service! A friend suggested I go there. I went for an appointment twice and neither time got to see the dentist. The first time, the dentist was several hours late and I had to leave for another appointment. I rescheduled for the following week. they called to remind me of my appointment the day before. I got there and they acted like they did not know me. They proceeded to hand me paperwork to complete. When I told the young lady I came in 30 minutes early the week before to fill them out, she took all of 3 minutes to tell me, 'Oh well, you have to do them again. The girl that use to work here always misplace forms." Now there were several people just standing around and the young lady was very nonchalant and did not care to look for them. That was my clue to leave. She just said bye. I heard Dr. Sanjeev was really good, but they need to learn the front desk will either make or break your business. read more

I hate this office so much. I'm an orthodonic patient (braces) and if I were to explain to you why I hate this office & all the instinces that happened, I would end up writing a book. They are super unprofessional, not kind to patients, not clear in what they are doing, untrained and not sure in what they are doing.. I could go on forever.
