Not an easy choice, as dental is my least favorite of the important appointments to keep, but I have zero regrets making the switch. Parking is easy enough, they have a lot around the building. I arrived a little early, and had a short wait in the lobby. The folks at the front desk were very pleasant and my wait was not long. Once I was brought back to the procedure area, it was a quick appointment. I had imaging, cleaning and some treatment. My teeth always run sensitive, and I white knuckle the entire visit. I didn't have a twinge of sensitivity, and I left feeling very good about my dental care, and the future of my teeth. I really appreciated the time Dr. Vo took to explain what was being done and why. It's important to understand what's happening and what the down stream impact of different treatment decisions could be. I felt very comfortable with everything after we discussed it. The dentist at Jefferson was not comparable. She makes a conscious choice to be condescending and arrogant with a smile. Both crown attached with no issues, but because of me not having them replaced quickly enough, created some issues. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it. Not making the adjustments to ensure i was a satisfied customer shows her lack of regard for me as a patient and a person. I am going on a cruise and typing this from the ship. I went to her with the issues i had and she really made no adjustments. The teeth that are opposite of the crown needed to be adjusted. Something she did not want to do. She did however express to me that i will get used to it. This condescending manner more than anything angered me so much that i had to give this review. I will say that the office staff were excellent when I dealt with them. They were friendly, proficient and professional. They are the only reason I gave this office 2 stars. They should be rewarded with extra pay having to deal with a Dentist that is so unprofessional and arrogant.

I went in to get it placed back on she used the old one even though it was cracked she said it could be fixed and it would work. I told her just to make a new one, she didn't listen. About an hour after I left it broke off, and this time it broke to where i couldn't just hold it in place. Now I have to go back again for them to redo this all over when I had asked for it to be done right in the first place. I don't recommend anyone to go here, this is frustrating to have to leave work and go back over and over then I have to find a baby sitter. And no one acts like they care there!

Pretty impressive. I found this dentist and scheduled my appointment using the ZocDoc app, and the clinic uses all digital records so Dr. Ishak will likely be able to be booked through whatever app you use. Dr. Ishak was able to explain aspects of my care to me effectively and she had a more gentle touch than some dentists I have had in the past. Lastly, I was happy the clinic accepted my BlueCross/BlueShield insurance (although my insurance plan inadequately convers the services I received. Overall, I would recommend this Dentist and will definitely return. With that being said, the main negative complaint that I have is that the wait times are entirely too long! I had to come for a procedure that was split over two-days and both days there was an excessive wait time. The first day (a Friday) my appointment was at 3:30pm and I didn't get to start the procedure until 5:00pm. The second day (a Saturday) my appointment was at 1:00pm and I didn't get to start the procedure until ~3:00pm. Going forward, I know now that Saturday is worst possible day to book an appointment here. I would suggest the beginning of the week. Overall, I would definitely recommend Dr. Ishak as your dentist. The only caveat is that you will need to be mindful of long wait times.

Everyone here was nice and Laura was my hygienist who did my cleaning and X-rays. She was really kind and friendly. It's cool that they have tvs positioned above you so you can watch Netflix or other shows while you're at your appointment.
