I arrived a little early, and had a short wait in the lobby. The folks at the front desk were very pleasant and my wait was not long. Once I was brought back to the procedure area, it was a quick appointment. I had imaging, cleaning and some treatment. My teeth always run sensitive, and I white knuckle the entire visit. I didn't have a twinge of sensitivity, and I left feeling very good about my dental care, and the future of my teeth. I really appreciated the time Dr. Vo took to explain what was being done and why. It's important to understand what's happening and what the down stream impact of different treatment decisions could be. I felt very comfortable with everything after we discussed it. She did little to no adjustments and acted as if I did not grasp what I was feeling in my mouth when I chewed. She listened to respond and dismissed my issues. I gave her 2 chances to be a professional and actually address my issues. Speaking to me in a condescending manner was not it.
