I thought odd I didn't go under a heater, but thought, I don't always. After it was done, my hair seems even darker than before??? My light blonde streaks I came in with, were now sandy blonde. I had tears in my eyes. The whole time she complained about her lack of staff and having to work a ton by herself. The cut so was fast I was in and out in 15 minutes, which might be great for some, but my thick hair felt awful and jagged after. My doctor is Cara, I have sensitive skin, I have met with many other doctors before in different clinics and hospitals but I was never convinced to trust anyone with my skin and face. Ashley was a very good listener & reviewed my concerns. She answered all of my questions & wasn't rushed or pressured.
