I love that they have online appointment setting (but you can also call as well). It is a small salon, so you need to book in advance rather than trying to walk in or get same day appointments. The nail area is small, but clean and beautifully decorated. There are two pedicure stations and two nail stations. The pedicures don't have those massaging chairs you see at mall salons but they don't need them. The great experience and service you receive more than makes up for a silly addition like that. There is a large variety of color options (including many with sparkle and some of the newest releases from OPI). One thing to note is that the nail salon is up a flight of stairs. I had an ultimate moisturizing pedicure with Erica. She was friendly and courteous but not overly chatty. The pedicure was extremely relaxing and she took time with each step. My feet were in pretty rough shape since it had been several months since my last pedicure and she made them look and feel fabulous. If you are looking for a great nail experience that won't break the bank, I highly recommend this location.

She was twisting my fingers so hard that my arm lifted up and then she would rudely say " stop moving. I put it how I want it." After cutting my cuticle and saying nothing about it, she finally started painting. I picked a white polish with a pearl finish. My nails are completely see through. She did not take off my previous polish or file the top of my nail to make it smooth. The sides of the nails are not painted at all and half have already pealed off after three days. To say this place was awful is an understatement.

Additionally, this poor girl walked in the same time as me for her lashes and was finally taken back when I was done. She had an appointment and the one lady said she was running behind. When I paid the total was $40 before tip. For a basic pedi that wasn't done very well, I thought that was a lot. I get lots of pedi and this had to be the absolute worst one. Giving a 2 because I had a good experience in the past. Also my nails were barely filed and so not look good.

Carlia did a wonderful job with my hair and all the bridesmaids looked stunning with their hair too. Selena and Shela are skilled with beautiful and modern hairdos. I'm sure the other stylists are equally talented, although I haven't had the pleasure of having an appointment with others yet. The salon is located in the Norwin shopping plaza so there is always ample parking. The prices are competitive with other local salons in the area. They also sell a variety of Paul Mitchell products. If you want a prime example of how to not treat a client step on out to Luxury Lash and Brow Studio. Where you will receive overworked employees (it's not your fault) and manager who will change their books without consulting with clients. If you really want to step into luxury, make sure that you have to use the restroom and you'll get there by walking through a hostile. There are a million places within the area to go to get services done and you can receive the same quality with a much better environment and outlook. Advice to employees, you work for a woman who does not care about your books, does not care about your clients, and also doesn't care about her business practices (I hope she isn't in a partnership, and she owns this company herself). Lying about the reason for my issues (1 reason in a voice mail and then another in a text message) and then offering me a free service does not make up for the wedding I was traveling for and the lack of care from my artist. But luckily Vybe in Murrysville got me in before I had to travel, without even knowing me it was my first time. They definitely have a new client.
