I made an appointment and obsessively Googled CoolSculpting before and after results until the day of my appointment. On the day of, I arrived extremely fearful and anxious (thanks to Google). However, Malia was able to calm my nerves. She reassured me that the process was quick and easy. I then filled out a quick informational form and was walked over to another room. She walked out and I undressed to expose the area that I wanted the fat freeze. I got on the bed and she returned to set me up on the machine. I was still really nervous at this point, but she kept me calm and walked me through each step of the process. Before I knew it I was all hooked up and freezing off this stubborn fat! The machine latches onto your body and then it is left in that spot the entire session. I would recommend bringing a fully charged phone or something to read to keep you entertained while the machine does it's thing. 45 minutes later my session ended. She came back and massaged the area the machine was on and I was all done. I couldn't believe how quick and easy it was!! There was no pain at all. The salon is clean, the team is nice, and they know their stuff! I will definitely be returning for another session after a few weeks!
