There were grows of people coming to that office today they were just like I was pissed off you mean to tell me the day and age of technology that we live in and no one send an email no one sent a text like they sent me for confirmation that I was coming several of them . But good old-fashioned way a simple phone call . Kayla made me feel very comfortable for the spray tan and did an excellent job with the color and tone. I was obsessed! It definitely faded a bit after the third or fourth day but to be fair, I was on vacation and swimming in the ocean and pool a lot. Not only is she the quickest waxer in the business, but she's guaranteed to strip you clean; no residual hairs left. The facial products and extraction process Kelly uses is phenomenal. When coming into the establishment, I was given a form to complete which addressed very important questions that I believe is beneficial to the services provided. Though I received a simple service, I was able to speak with Bianca regarding her other services. Bianca talked to me for about 20 minutes after without rushing me. Bianca is very realistic. She give me clear and detailed information about her services and what the process would look like. The best thing that I saw and that was further explained was the 6 different types of waxes in the studio to fit different hair textures and skin types (I was used to seeing one hard wax and one soft wax-in other salons). She was able to address my concerns from previous experiences-other salons- and why some issues may have arisen and how and what could be done to avoid it going forward. Information was given to me to prepare for the next service of a Brazilian wax, during my underarm service. I went back and forth because based on my prior experiences-other salons- my skin felt raw and very painful from misapplication and removal of the wax. My pain tolerance is low, extremely low. I like that she went very quickly yet EFFECTIVELY, and I did not feel any of raw sensations or irritation on my skin afterwards with Bianca. The Brazilian service was clean, clear, and to the point. I was told what was happening and why something may have needed more attention-if it did. And of course I received before and after care instructions. I am a perfectionist. I get antsy with the idea germs-germaphobe lol, but sanitation was 100 percent and that is great because I'm very particular. I ask a lot of question but, Bianca is very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly, very patient, very affordable, very clean, very precise, and very transparent. I had hair removal services before but this experience was beyond amazing. I appreciate this totally new and excellent experience with Bianca. In my eyes, her service are perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever! Every thing, from beginning to end was to a T. I let her know what I wanted and she executed it without me having to point out anything or ask for something to be fixed. I will definitely be going back to get more services.
