Her prices are extremely high for the level of service and quality of the wigs she sells, and she not is helpful at all when it comes to new customers. The wig in the picture was $500 and it was not fitted or styled. The owner said that styling and fitting was an extra fee. She definitely got over on the buyer for this purchase. I would never recommend her service or products to anyone.

The painting was followed by manicures and pedicures. While I sat and waited, many people visited for hair services including two little girls who entered and exited, in under an hour, with the cutest braided hairstyles. There are many spa chairs and salon chairs available and on this Saturday, the salon was not crowded. They seem to be fully booked with return clientele, so very organized in that regard. After searching them up, the prices are on par with those of other salons in the area. They also host client events throughout the month. We'll definitely visit again!

Attempting to reach out to a real person on the business line to inform them that you're outside the door- just for your call to be forwarded to voicemail. I'm highly disappointed because I leave work during lunchtime to get my weekly shots. My time is valuable. Months ago, I remember when the owner, (Keri) expressed to me that a customer was extremely upset of the same situation I just experienced. I would have appreciated if someone would have reached out to me and tell me that someone is on their way. No attempt to manage my expectations. It took for this business owner's next door neighbors to tell me that no one is the office. This is very unprofessional. These shots need to be taken on time every week. I'm supposed to leave out of town for a few days, so I'm without taking my weekly shot because no one was present to administer the shot. Every week when you make a appointment for your weekly shot, you must pay a deposit. That deposit secures your appointment. I don't know who can take me for administer my GLP-1 shot now. I guess I'm screwed. Never again!!
