I would describe my skin as very sensitive and acne-prone, but not a noticeable nuisance. I just always had problem areas on my lower chin that worsened once a month (ladies, do you feel me)? I did come to Spa Fiori a couple of years ago, but because of the distance, I decided to go somewhere closer. My first visit back then was heavenly, and I definitely should have stayed. The facials I received elsewhere made me feel relaxed and my skin feel softer, but I never saw any major improvement. Olga is my facial guardian angel. She goes the extra mile to help you relax, educate you, and focuses on not just the superficial layer of your skin, but targets what may be causing the issue--for me this was a problem within the deeper layers of my skin and older hyperpigmented scars. She discovered it for me, and with just one visit, the quality and tone of my skin improved dramatically. Even through mediocre FaceTime quality, my mother told me that she could noticeably see a major change to my skin. In between peels and layers, she will do my eyebrows, do some dermaplaning, give me an upper arm, shoulder, and neck massage, and we will just talk about everything. Each visit here has been well worth every penny. What I appreciate about her the most is that nothing is ever rushed, she loves to teach, and she truly has a passion and gift for skincare. I absolutely love this no fuss spa. Have had 2 facials there & have thought both were just as great as a fancy, ritzy, relaxation room spa. Now don't get it twisted, I LOVE a good ritzy spa. But this place hits the spot when it comes to general quality facials. Brooke is great at what she does and is quick to make recommendations but not push products too hard which makes the check out process so smooth. She even recommended a different facial to me that she thought would be better for my skin than what I selected. Both my mom and I have been loyal patrons of Fiori Skincare for a few years now. It is a lovely place to enjoy some spa treatments! Florina Trifu is the owner and also a skincare therapist, and I see her for all of my skincare needs. My mom sees Linda regularly. They specialize in facials, microdermabrasion, LHE hair removal and acne treatment, waxing, makeup, and I'm sure there are other things I'm forgetting. I won't see anyone but Florina for my waxing - she is so patient and meticulous, I know that I will come out looking fabulous ($17 for eyebrows). The place is spotlessly clean, and I always feel like a princess when I visit. It's a little more expensive than the cheap nail salon waxing, but it's totally worth it for me. I go regularly for all of my waxing needs, and occasionally treat myself to a fabulous facial. I know lots of people who have had great experiences with their LHE hair removal, and it's a great price. They don't try to sell you products, which is so nice; they do however have products for sale. Florina will only sell products she has tried herself, so when I have purchased something, I have purchased in confidence. read more

I have been seeing Florina (the owner) for over 15 years for waxing, facials, dermaplaning, etc... she and her staff are AMAZING, FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL & CARING. Her Spa is tranquil, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and an escape from everyday stresses. I have never had any issues, my daughter will only let Florina handle her brows. They are my recommendation for all things having to do with maintaining a youthful glow. She carries the best products, but doesn't push you into purchasing. LOVE LOVE LOVE FIORI!!! read more

I just had a microderm facial with Florina and it was incredible. She did one side of my face so that I could feel the difference before she started on the other side and it was night and day. My skin looks and feels great. You can see instant results and it's worth the money. It's been almost a week and my face still feels very smooth. I will be adding facials to my regimen and a microderm as often as I can. I highly recommend this procedure. read more

AMAZING! I'm already a licensed esthetician, so I'm very critical of how any facial services are performed on me. Olga is hands down the BEST therapist I've had to work on my skin. She went through every step of my deep pore cleansing facial exactly as I expected, plus better with the inclusion of a much needed lymphatic drainage. She was very knowledgeable, and we even shared the same experience with a previous instructor of mine when I was in esthetics school.
