The quiet room was nice, I got champagne while I waited. My tech came right on time and had I thought about it, I would have arrived a little earlier to relax more. The pedicure was nice but quick, an hour, which is standard but the price was $101 before any tips. Just for the pedicure. No other services. Nice spa but too expensive for my tastes. A full day or multiple services would cost over $200. They also had a full selection of skin care items, hats and jewelry.

Got called just like you would a massage and I was taken in a room full of nail massage chairs like a normal nail salon but it was just me and the nail tech and she was super sweet! The chair did not have any pressure style options. Just taps which was a bummer. She did both the pedi and mani so you want to expect you'll be in there a while which I was told ahead of time which was nice so I could make sure I had that time (2 hours). Now, it wasn't a big massage style but the company made up for it and my nails turned out beautiful. She made sure to layer the nail polish to help keep them on longer. Definitely different from a typical nail salon but I definitely don't knock it and would come back again.

On August 26 I had a facial and derma-facial done. It was 60 minutes and was so relaxing. My face feels so clean and it glows. I am terrible with names and I forgot my esthetician name. I'm so sorry. She did not introduce herself and I asked during my facial. Anyway, she was great. Face to Face Spa does a lot of other services as well. They offer several different kinds of facials, Botox, waxing, weight loss injections, lashes, peels and brow tinting. F to F also has a membership program for discounts off your services. The salon was so clean and tidy. Just like they just opened! This location is an hour away from me but I plan on returning.

In need of a pedicure, it was a no brainer to visit them again. Upon checking in, I was surprised to realize I had not reviewed them previously. I was able to be serviced immediately upon arrival there. I was given a list of services to peruse as the water was prepared. I selected the Bath Bomb Pedicure from their list of specialty spa treatments. I was offered and accepted a mimosa to drink during the service as done during my prior visit. I became a loyal customer before Kimberly's transition and had high hopes that her original formula would remain intact. However, my latest purchase made it clear that the formula has changed significantly. The product is now lighter in color, the oil is noticeably thinner--almost water-like--and my skin lacks the glow it once had. Previously, the product featured a darker color and a thicker oil that delivered impressive radiance after application. It's frustrating to see this shift, especially considering the dedication Kimberly had to creating effective natural products.
