His massages coupled with his professionalism and competency are incredibly relaxing. So intensely relaxing... that...ha ha! I left without the water bottle I came in with and had to go back! Jose helped the absolute brutal pinched nerve that I walked in with, coupled with his competency and professionalism. I rang the bell to get someone's attention but no one. I called the phone number they had online no answer. Finally at 11:20 am the lady showed up and I said I booked an online appointment at 11 so she took me in. She started around 11:25 AM. 15 mins a later someone walked in the door, I heard her say come back in 40 minutes. However someone came again about 20 minutes later and she escorted him to another room. She came back where I was and said "it's ok if only 30 minutes, very busy today there's just one of use, come back next time" at this time she only have done my back not even my legs. I asked can I at least have 5 minutes on each leg cause they really hurt that's why I'm here she said ok, but she did it in a rushed kind of way. So I said it's fine we can be done. I got up checked my watch and it says 11;55 AM. I paid and she asked you give me tip? So I did I said $5, she charged me $58. Their 1 hr massage is $60 their 30 min massage is $50. I was frustrated but I just walked away. The massage was mediocre. I booked a Swedish massage cause I'm not really into DTM and the stretching and bending joints. I know different kinds of massages and what I had was not a Swedish massage. She didn't really go through all the process of a Swedish massage she did the massage - rushing it too. It felt good after but again, it wasn't a whole body massage so my body didn't feel balanced and less achy all over. I'm sure if there was another employee it would've been a different scenario hopefully a better one for their future customers. I just wanted to share my experience to help the business so it doesn't happen again. If they don't look at their online bookings on their site and just rely on their walk ins or phone bookings then take the site booking down and if they cannot accommodate more than 1 customer at a time they should be honest at the get go. Wouldn't be going back here but I wish the business luck.

I got a basic eyebrows, lip, and chin. Julia was very quick and gentle. Nothing like waxings in the past. She also groomed my brows, which I've never had done, and then took a very bright light to look for any strays. For a little fun I had her tint my eyebrows. After walking around in the heat, I went back to my car and looked in the mirror. My brows were so dark! Oh, no! I went back and they were surprised as well, but they quickly lightened the tint. I have chronic pain from a surgery I had as a kid that causes me to walk with pain on a daily basis. My first trip there, angela assessed my needs and focused her expertise on my ankle. I kid you not, I walked around with EASE for at least two weeks afterwards. I'm also a Thai boxer and I heavily utilize my hips, torso, and upper legs for boxing. Thanks to a year plus of covid isolation and sitting around a lot, my joints were STIFF and I was exceptionally inflexible. After that first trip to the gentle dove for a dtm, I seriously felt like I did pre-covid. It was incredible. That's why I made my second appt immediately after. That massage continued to work on my issues and got even more focused on my sports related injuries and maladies and my ankle. Angela is attentive, soothing, and just the kindest soul you'll ever meet. She even told me how to use my breathing to calm my thoughts at night so I could sleep better! Honestly, I've been to many other spas and massage places over the last few years and Angela's gentle dove is at the top. It is t the fanciest place, but it has HEART. You will not leave disappointed.
