I took a chance going to Legacy for this rather intimidating procedure and I am thrilled with the results, and the way I was treated and cared for during the process. Their office is easy to reach and park, with a spacious and attractive reception area. I first went for a consult (free) to explore options. Everything was on the table, from a better moisturizer to a face lift. I knew nothing. The lovely esthetician Cammy advised a Laser Cool Peel treatment as a first step. She explained everything clearly and patiently, from what to expect during the treatment, to healing process, after-care protocol, and price. I scheduled the procedure for two weeks out. On treatment day everything went as explained. We took "before" pictures, then my face was numbed for about 30 minutes with a topical gel, then the laser procedure took less than 15 minutes. I was sent home with sample sized healing serums, balm and sunscreen. That night I experienced the expected "sunburn" type redness and with the serum and balm it was virtually pain-free. The next day most of the redness was gone and I was just left to wait for the stages of healing and peeling. I had no unpleasant side effects at all. One week post-procedure I went for a quick follow up and advice for skin care maintenance products. Cammy sent me home again with some more samples to try before I invest the several hundred dollars some of these creams cost. I rarely take the time to write reviews but this provider is very good and delivered as advertised. I am very happy with my experience at Legacy Plastic Surgery and Aesthetics in Exton PA.

So, I called - was put on hold for several minutes, and hung up on. My next call was to my attorney. Medical debt in PA expires after 4 years so even if there were a balance (which there isn't) they wouldn't be entitled to it. SO BIZARRE. So I sent them an email. And got the attached in response. Then a follow-up email to my emails telling them to contact my attorney if they feel I owe them a debt. They responded and apologized for the confusion, explained the email was that they are basically passing their costs for accepting a credit card onto the patient (disguised as a cash discount which is an OLD and unethical practice), but not for hanging up on me. This place is sketchy from start to finish. Find somewhere else.

If you schedule online and you click Bayalage it states $80 for this particular stylist. When I asked how did it nearly triple she stated "well I mixed up 3 bowls of color". I saw those bowls as she was bringing them out, they were barely half full, so you don't mix enough on purpose so you can charge for 3-4 half bowls instead of 1-2 appropriate amount bowls. It was definitely a ploy to upcharge without a doubt, then she tells me it was also $30 for the "gloss" which she took upon herself to spray on my hair and never once said there was going to be an upcharge, this is the first time in my life where a salon used products automatically and then charged me for it (it's not like I got to take the bottle home or anything, $30 for a few spritz of whatever is outrageous). The worst part is I showed her a picture of how blonde I wanted my hair and it's not even close and she knew I wasn't happy with the color because when she saw the disappointed look on my face she said "the lighting in here makes it look different." I even asked if it would get lighter after a few washes and she said "Oh yea definitely" (it hasn't gotten lighter by the way and its been 3 weeks) and still waaayyyyy overcharged. I have had other services at this salon and the stylist I deal with for those is always upfront and super transparent and an overall joy to interact with as he is super easy to talk to and genuinely cares and remembers preferences from one visit to the next, so the place isn't trying to take advantage of people just Victoria, my advice STAY AWAY!!!!!!

During the massage, ambient piano music plays, and the walls are covered in tulle and twinkly lights, so the room is dimly lit and relaxing as soon as you walk in. Just being in that vicinity made me feel more serene. Beyond the life-changing massage, the rest of the Greek Isles ~experience~ isn't half bad. The salon is adorable, the receptionists are friendly, and they offer tons of different services. It can be kind of difficult to get ahold of them, but once you do, it's super-easy to book an appointment.

I got my nails done Monday night and they already looked terrible Thursday. Most of one nail had already come off before the rehearsal dinner which was Friday. Also, the same night after getting them done, I noticed at home that she had done nothing with the cuticles on my pinky toes. All of this is absolutely unacceptable for a 90 dollar mani pedi. This place only gets 2 stars because the people were nice. However, please do yourself a favor and don't come here to get your nails done. In my opinion nothing is worth paying that much for a gel mani and regular pedi, and it definitely should be better quality work if you come anyways.

I sat down, grabbed a magazine, pet a cat or two that wandered by me and waited. Within 30 minutes my mohawked head was getting the royal treatment and I am very happy with the results. Granted I wanted a straight edge shave but no such luck. However, this is the old school barber I grew up with and if you are in the area and needing a trim it is well worth it.

To Whom It May Concern,…read more I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding the treatment I have received at Crossroads over the past two years. I have been a patient in the MAT program for six years and, until recently, I was consistent in attending my appointments, following all treatment requirements, and maintaining my recovery. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been deeply disappointing and, in my opinion, have undermined my care and progress. Incident #1 - Unjust Discharge (Year Prior) After nearly five years of consistent attendance and compliance, I was abruptly discharged--without any prior notice--for missing a psychiatric appointment by five minutes. The night before, my boyfriend relapsed and became violent, resulting in police involvement at my home for most of the night. I contacted the office within minutes of the missed appointment to explain, yet I was denied my medication for approximately three months. While I understand the clinic often works with individuals struggling with active addiction, I feel my history of compliance and commitment to recovery should have been considered in that situation. Incident #2 - Counselor Change and Lack of Response (May-July 2025) In May of this year, I was switched to a new counselor--one of many changes that were not initiated by me. Unfortunately, I did not feel comfortable with this counselor and immediately contacted the office multiple times, both by phone and in person, requesting to be reassigned. Despite my repeated efforts, I never received a call back. I continued with my normal MAT appointment with Dr. Shenburger, who, along with nurses Sabrina and Nicole, had worked closely with me to transition to the Sublocade injection. I received my first shot on June 2, 2025. However, when July came, I noticed there were no upcoming appointments scheduled in the system. After many calls, I was told I had been discharged again--this time for "not attending counseling"--despite the fact that I had made multiple documented attempts to address my counselor concerns. Incident #3 - Re-Intake and Denial of Sublocade (June-August 2025) After speaking with a supervisor, I was told I could restart services quickly and resume my Sublocade treatment. I was scheduled for an intake on June 25, 2025, and was assured I would be able to receive my injection. However, at that appointment I did not receive the medication, and the next available date offered was in August--two full months later. This delay meant I would be without medication long enough to go into withdrawal, and I was also informed I would not be able to continue with Dr. Shenburger or the Sublocade injection at all, but would have to return to sublingual medication. Having already worked through the adjustment period and anxiety of switching to Sublocade, I found this unacceptable and harmful to my recovery stability. Conclusion Throughout my time at Crossroads, I have always taken my recovery seriously, complied with requirements, and built a positive rapport with my providers. The recent lack of communication, disregard for patient comfort and continuity of care, and abrupt discharges have caused significant emotional distress and jeopardized my recovery. I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Shenburger, as well as nurses Sabrina and Nicole, for their compassion, dedication, and professionalism. They made a meaningful difference in my treatment and recovery, and my concerns are in no way a reflection on their care. My issues lie entirely with the administrative and systemic failures that have repeatedly disrupted my treatment. I believe my case highlights a breakdown in communication, patient advocacy, and respect for those who are genuinely committed to treatment. I am requesting that Crossroads leadership review these incidents, take accountability for the lack of communication and follow-up, and implement changes to prevent this from happening to other patients. I have sent this too Crossroads as well but figured I would share my experiencea on here too for anyone else!
