Bella in You was offering a great deal for both a classic facial and Swedish massage for $180, and I have been looking for something to treat myself as an end of year gift; this was the perfect choice, and I am bummed I did not visit this spa sooner! I booked everything online from my phone very easily; the intake form for the facial asks a series of questions regarding your skin goals, products you currently use, allergies, and beyond. The massage form is similar and asks for your preferred pressure and goals for the massage. I really appreciate this step and feel like it's a great way to start the discourse between you and the Bella team before you even meet them. Because I purchased a bundle, it ended up looking like I was going to have the facial and massage done at the same time lol, which isn't possible. Jaclyn texted me very soon after the appointment was booked to clarify and she helped me set everything straight right away. When the time came for my appointment, I found the business nestled in a nondescript office park that has a huge shared lot for parking. Initially, I drove right past their building but once I got my bearings it was very easy to find. Right when I walked in, I felt very welcome! Both Jaclyn and Kelly greeted me right away with huge smiles and Jaclyn took me back into a room to prep for the facial right away. The decor is unbelievably cute and the whole aesthetic is very calming and inviting. I got changed for the facial quickly and was off to the races. Jaclyn is extremely sweet and very friendly; she asked a few questions to clarify what my goals were and provided input on the skincare routine I've just started going recently. She recommended a couple of treatments for down the line, and walked me through exactly what she was doing during the facial and how it worked. We had a couple of laughs and I was surprised that I didn't fall asleep lol. This was the second professional facial I've ever had and it was by far the best to date. Jaclyn also offered to text with me if I needed any advice or if I had any questions about products, etc.! How friggin sweet is that? Following the facial, Kelly walked me upstairs to a second room for the massage. I again got changed and settled, and she got straight to it! She asked if I had any problem areas she should focus on, and assured me that the process kept everything decent and that if I had any concerns or was uncomfortable at any point to let her know. This will have been the first professional massage I've ever gotten, and I'm glad that it was with Kelly! She checked in with me a few times throughout to make sure that I was comfortable, and paid special attention to a couple of stubborn knots I feel like I have had for years. I've always been a fan of firmer pressure, and this was perfect. The time felt like it flew by and I was glad that my drive home at the end wouldn't be long. It was extremely relaxing and I didn't realize how much I'd needed it. It was very apparent to me that both of these ladies love what they do, and they're both exceptionally talented at their craft. I ended up leaving after it had gotten dark (the joys of winter), and did not feel rushed or stressed when I was checking out. I don't often get facials but had a great experience here so much that I might get them every other month instead of every 4-6 months. Plus, Sarah's feedback is always positive - which was a nice change of pace from the usual commentary/criticism you might otherwise receive during a facial. I first went to Bella day spa for a facial because they had a special with a new esthetician, Linda Marrazo. She has many years of experience with all aspects of skin care and gave me excellent advice on what kind of facial was best for me. She really knows skin and products, not gimmicks, and even included a neck and massage that I didn't realize how much I needed. Linda told me about a new "Green TCA peel" that she thought would be perfect for my skin, my first peel ever. I had no reddening at all, and that evening I went out with friends with nothing but eye makeup on. I didn't mention that I had any treatment that day and yet two of them spontaneously said "retirement is looking good on you". Then the next day someone else out of the blue said the same thing. So there was obvious improvement with just the first treatment. I've had three peels now, and my skin looks pore-less, just smooth, firm, and evenly toned. I first went to Bella In You with a Groupon, that was over 2 years ago and I have had a facial every month ever since. Trish is the best. She always carefully determines what kind of shape my skin is in and then lets me know what kind of facial she thinks i need most. A very relaxing hour in my life every month, I love this spa and Trish. I am 39, but my face looks more like 29. I was visiting the area and my realtor said this place was close so I booked a massage and facial and cannot tell you how perfect everything was at a GREAT price. I have had years of massage and salon treatments and am picky but this place is worth driving a bit to get to. They usually don't do massages on Tuesdays but they made special arrangements and I am glad they did. I had recently been ill and my muscles were tight and Michelle worked it out and really took her time and knew what she was doing. The room was beautiful, warm and peaceful. I felt SO relaxed and much better. After the massage I was taken upstairs for my facial which included some wonderful natural scented masks and cleansers and Teresa took her time and explained everything. The facial included microderm which I had never had before and I am STILL in awe at how it changed my skin. The owner was a lovely lady who gave me a lot of samples to try and I WILL be back as soon as we move here. BTW the spa has a new name "Bella In You". read more

I purchased a Groupon for a massage here. The only date available for the massage was the date my Groupon expired. Perfect.. I squeezed it into my busy schedule. I drove to the studio, and got a little lost... as it's not really on 120th... but up another road off 120th and in what looked like a dated business park. I called for directions and the receptionist (with an accent) was impatient and seemed irritated that I asked her to repeat where I turned one last time. The exterior is not attractive, but they managed to make the interior look warm and inviting. I was greeted by a nice girl who asked if I was there for a facial. I let her know I was there for a hot stone massage. The girl went to re-check her notes and said she had me down for a facial. The woman who I spoke w/ over the phone (w/ an accent) snapped at her asking how this is possible. ... Um, do you really want to snap at a co-worker in such an environment...the waiting room of a SPA where your CLIENTS are sitting waiting for a RELAXING treatment?? I explained to them that I remember booking online and there were 2 options for Groupon and I remember selecting hot stone b/c that is what I'd purchased. Why would I select facial?? Well, the rude woman with the accent basically told me I was lying and she said "you should just take the facial"... I was dumbfounded...really? I said I really don't think I can relax and enjoy as I am feeling rather pissed off right now. She said "well, you're already stretching it b/c your Groupon expires today". I was like whoa...and your point?? Wow. She was just so rude. I was left speechless by her rudeness. I didn't know what to do, so I just turned around and walked out. I wanted to cry... I was SO looking forward to a relaxing massage and I ended up with this?? I called Groupon and got a credit. I am not sure who that woman was (hopefully not the owner) but by golly was she snappy. I am sure the clinicians give great facials and massages, but based off the customer service given by that one particular woman, I'm giving a low rating.
