As she told me the price she said, "no need to add a gratuity, it's included in the price. SHE JUST ADDED IN A TIP FOR HERSELF WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Who does that? It's so unprofessional, unethical and scammy! Her cost was already appallingly over the top for a simple roots job! Why does she think she deserves a tip on top of that? I should never have paid that inflated amount. I called Wendy Wendy when I got home to ask if she could give me some credit back for the overcharge. She said she'd consider it and call me back. She never called. I would NEVER have agreed to a $190 roots fee if I was given an honest answer when I called to ask the price. DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY WENDY!
