The poor planning, and pushing last minute tests, & reschedules, made this place a turn off. One of the biggest issues was the constant cell phone use by employees. It completely took away from the relaxing atmosphere you expect when getting your nails done. At one point 3 employees were watching videos with the volume up at the same time. I had to ask 2 of them sitting next to me to move someplace else to watch their videos. My nail tech then answered her cell phone and held a conversation while working on my nails. It made the service feel rushed and inattentive, and honestly, a bit unprofessional. Only a couple of employees seemed to know English so the constant conversation and laughing across the salon made things a bit uncomfortable. My nails were okay, nothing different than any other Bastrop nail salons. If you're going for a calm, pampering experience, this may not be the best fit.
