I accidentally found out about a treatment I never knew existed. It's for incontinence. I'm a 71 yr old Mom, been thru menopause, & overweight. Yes, incontinence is a condition I experience. It interrupts my sleep during the night many times. Be careful of a sneeze or cough, leak. Sometimes there's a sudden sense of urgency to get to the bathroom asap. I had been planning a 500 mile trek in Spain, Camino Santiago. Villages/towns are 5 miles apart or more. My anxiety & only concern were the restrooms. I knew there's no way I could make 5 miles w/o a restroom....or a pasture When I learned of the EMSELLA treatment, I knew I had to try it. It was worth it for my health. I had a hydrafacial MD the technician was super friendly I've had many hydrafacials done back in California, and this place was up to par. I really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere as with any med Spa I was given gift bag with samples, chocolates and a bottle water nice touch! I've been to all the day spas in Georgetown and this one is by far the best! The staff is extremely professional and always goes the extra mile. Super sweet group of girls that really know what they're doing and care about the types of products they use and services they offer. 10/10, without question! Mary did a series of Emsculpt Neo treatments on my bum and the results were INCREDIBLE. If you haven't heard of this yet, look into it! It's technology that was originally created for astronauts to keep them from getting muscular atrophy out in space. Every treatment is the equivalent of doing around 1000 crunches (but only take 15 min) and you're not even sore the next day! So you're building your own muscle, and then all you have to do is maintain the results after that. I highly recommend it. They had the traveling Emsculpt bus come over the summer and you could try free sessions and ask the makers of the product questions - it was pretty cool. I think Laser Lounge has them come once a year. This place offers A LOT of different services - facials, nails, Emsella, dermaplaning, hydrofacials, Botox, fillers... I watched my friend get lip filler and I wish I remembered the girl's name that did it because she did a PERFECT job. My friend's still obsessed with her lips. I love this place! read more

I came here for a laser hair removal appointment at the end of October. The technician was very kind and knowledgeable. She was willing to answer my plethora of questions and made me feel comfortable during the treatment. They require that you wear a mask and keep their facility clean so I'm not worried about covid. Wonderful business for laser hair reduction!!! As a Certified Laser Technician in another state, I was very satisfied with the quality, equipment, and professionalism of Mary and her work. I am in the early stages of my treatment, but am so happy with the results so far, and equally thrilled about my future visits! My only improvement recommendation for this business would be to open on SAT, for those who work during their open times. Friendly staff, but I wouldn't go back. I went in for laser hair removal on my face. The treatment room was a little dim & the technician didn't use a magnifying lamp (which is standard) so I had several hairs missed... As soon as I got in my car I checked in the mirror and there were very obvious hairs missed. I'm extremely familiar with laser and understand that not all hair falls out right away, but I'm versed enough to know the difference between hair that was treated & missed. She also had my put on my own SPF, which I am not used to... Not the most professional experience. read more

I had been considering laser hair removal for a long time but was nervous from all the scary stories you hear about getting burned, etc. In addition to my anxiety, every quote I received from other salons were outrageous. I had been considering laser lounge when I saw a groupon promotion for them online. That's when I took the plunge & I'm so happy I did! Not only did I have great results but Mary made me feel comfortable through out the process and fully answered all of my (many) questions. Not impressed. I had purchased a groupon for services, and I am glad I did not pay full price! This place is clean yes, and the staff is friendly, however they need to work on their professional mannerisms. I sadly was not able to make my final appointment as I had an emergency come up and as quickly as I could I called and canceled my appointment, I left a message on the answering machine. A few hours later I received a text thanking me for my business and unfortunately they were not able to reschedule my appointment as they do not make the rules they just follow them. And becuase I had not given 24 hour notice, I lost the last appointment. The first mistake is the fact that we had never exchanged conversations via text before, as a client that is not the way to handle a cancelation, yes it maybe easier to give the news that I lost my appointment, which I already figured given the zillion page agreement you have to sign. However a phone call to reach out and follow up would have been more customer friendly. As for the results, I had hoped to gain all that was promised from the short proceedures I had purchased. I did not expect to go in looking like Kirstie Alley and come out looking like Jennifer Aniston, however I had hoped to see some smidge of results. I was measured on my first visit and never measured again, I was also not consulted on how many proceedures it would take to achieve my goals. I personally was not happy with my over all experience however, I am sure if you are going in to have your nails done or a massage this looks like it would be the place to go. read more

This place has the worst customer service! I will never go back to this place again. First of all its not easy to find especially if you don't know the area. I showed up a few minutes late because of this and when I tried explaining to the lady she just seemed annoyed that I was 5 minutes late. I went in for a brow wax and brow & eyelash tint. I have never had a wax before so I let kathi know about my reservations. She was pretty informative and then she excused herself to get her supplies that she needed for the wax and tint. That's when she started talking smack about me to her coworker and the other woman was doing the same thing about her clients. I wasn't so shocked about the fact that they did this but for the length of time that they did it for. (Mind you this place looks like it's a lot older than other med spas I've been to so the insulation seemed to be lacking. So I could hear everything) she kept me waiting for about 15 minutes while she did this. I should have left right then but I didn't. Big Mistake. I asked her to keep my eyebrow shape the same and just to clean them up. She said no problem. I started off with a more square high arch and when she was done my eye brows looked like straight lines that were really round in the front! Then she stated the tint. The eyebrows were fine but my problem was the eyelashes. She got the solution in my eye and didn't have anything ready to use in case this were to happen. I had to wait almost 5 minutes for her to find a saline solution and rinse my eye out.( I dont know about anyone else but 5 minutes laying on a table with your eye on fire is a pretty long time) I work in the medical field so I know how important it is to have all of your supplies ready. Especially after warning the client about what could happen. To make matters even worse she took a rough towel and scrubbed my eyes side to side like she was filing nails or something. The eyes are super sensitive areas and I would never scrub them with a rough towel, especially after and irritation! So when I walked out of that place I looked crazy with super straight & thin eyebrows and swollen eyes with one bloodshot red eye. I looked like I was mugged or something. It was horrible! read more
