Went right in and they started soaking my previous dip polish off. They had my hands in a bowl of acetone which severely dried out my fingers. The drill they used to file would burn my nails while they used it. When they were done glue got stuck on my fingers and when the tech clipped it off she clipped off skin causing my finger to be in pain for a few days. The description says it was hand embroidered. This is clearly not the case. It looks like it was embroidered by a cheap machine in China. In addition the colors don't match what is pictured online. I bought a second dress. I liked the fabric on that dress but the puffy sleeves wou;ld only look good on a very skinny person. I'm hoping a seamstress can fix the sleeves for me.  I don't recommend this dress and I won't wear t. It is way overpriced for the quality.
