I've been once and really did like her. It was a simple trim, but I was ready to (gasp) add bangs and she helped talk me through it. She's super nice and listened to me as I explained what I wanted, and showed her some photos. We talked through the pros and cons before I decided to go with it. I called her at 525 letting her know I was there, however I needed help finding her exact business. As it was my first time there. She answers the phone very rudely stating (a million miles an hour) that she was with a client. I told her (very quickly) what I needed. The only thing I got from her was, "when you see the Aesthetics by Faith sign, you'll know you found me. Then states again, "I'm with a client" and hangs up on me. First, I thought I was a client as well? So, needless to say, I immediately cancelled with Groupon, I didn't want anything to do with a person that could be THAT rude! She proceeds to call me 3 times while I'm cancelling the appointment. I couldn't answer her call. Then she texted me. I text her back letting her know that clearly I annoyed her and wouldn't be keeping the appt. Her reply was , "WOW". By now I'm so shocked at everything that is coming out of her mouth. I sat there for 20 minutes or so trying to get another appt somewhere else due to me leaving on a trip early the next morning. She text back and apologized for being rude and she should have not answered the phone. I text back saying it's all good and that I was still sitting there. Thinking maybe she would try to make all this better and wax my brows real fast even though it was 6pm. She texts back 10/15 min later and said she left already. Last thing, I left a review on Google and not only did she respond back to my review, she felt the need to text me as well. Again, she was clearly annoyed and wanted to make sure I knew it!!!
