I have been getting my waxing and skincare services from Ann for 20 years now. The wax she uses does not hurt and i never breakout or get bumps. I use pretty much all the Tuel skincare products she carries. I get my sage and frankincense from her regularly. She has new crystals and bracelets (that she makes by hand, transferring her amazing energy to them) monthly that I'll usually feel the need to buy. I just realized that I've been going to Ann since 2011. Anyone who can get me to rip my hair out on a consistent basis for three years has got to be good ... and we are not talking my eyebrows folks. If you have never had a Brazilian or bikini wax, you should probably go to Ann first. By the way, if you're a first time client she will do this for you, too! ANN WAS AMAZING. Not only is her location convenient and easy to find parking, her service room is adorable, welcoming, and clean. The music she played was so relaxing and the wax she used felt amazing. It didn't hurt AT ALL and was the perfect temperature. Ann was very conversational, and made it feel like I had been going there for a while. She took her time to make sure my eyebrows were perfect and let me tell you -- they are now!! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed since I was 16. My go-to place was in Flagstaff -- but my usual lady left on maternity leave about a year or two ago and ever since I have not been able to find someone good. So I have been going to Ann for 4 years. I happened upon her here on yelp and decided to give her a try based on photo reviews of eyebrows she's done and was impressed. The vibe and energy she has going in her salon is bar to none. I actually can't help but buying a handmade oil or soap or sticker or crystal every time I go in. She even creates jewelry, all natural lip balms and allergy oil blends, which I have found helpful. She does such a great job! My eyebrows have never looked so perfect. But my absolute favorite thing she does, is a reiki facial! It is literally the best experience every single time. She does a massage on both arms and legs and feet. She does a whole neck and shoulder massage, which I haven't found most esthetician's do. It's AMAZING! She uses this chocolate mask which makes my skin glow and smells sooo good. Adore Ann!! I went in with these crazy bushy brows and she magically transformed me. The shape fit MY face rather than a generic shape from a stencil. And she took her time to make sure they were just right. After a couple weeks growth I went back in and they just get better every week!! She's amazing! The wax is perfect temperature. The room is warm, cozy, relaxing and has a very chill vibe. I loved it and will definitely continue to go back :) I love my brows now! She used to do the 1st wax for free back in 2012 (my first one was free) but had to discontinue that and upped her price from $15 to $20. I try to space my waxes out a little farther apart because I'm a broke college student, and it gets expensive lol... But I'd rather pay Ann the $20 and have PERFECT brows, than go to any other salon for cheaper and have jacked up brows. Paying for quality!!!
