Ordered a couple hundred dollars of Bella Luna musical intruments for gifts. The quality overall was good, but the xylophone was a big disappointment. It is made of wood--which is ok, but 2 of the 5 "keys" sound like you are just tapping on wood. Three keys sounded ok, but there is nothing melodic about the 2 smaller keys. I wrote to see if the instrument could be adjusted somehow and was told no. I was given the option to return the item, but it's going to cost at least $10 postage. I would not be sending it back, if it had not been a dud. Not happy with their customer service and I won't be doing business with them in the future. read more

This store is amazing! I have ordered from them twice! They sell quality toys at unbeatable prices-even better that they are a small business! I was a little nervous about shipping time as I have become spoiled by amazon however both times I ordered the products arrived within the week! Most recently I ordered late Thursday night and recited my package on Sunday! Every item was carefully wrapped in bubble wrap.
