I was skeptical about getting Emsculpt Neo, but Laura (the owner) is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I can now tell you after 4 treatments there is a very noticeable difference in my muscle tone. I also got some injectables from RN Debbie and am very pleased with my results. I went here twice for a wax. The first time was a positive experience. They were attentive and kind. The second time, not so much. First of all, the wax lady burned areas around both of my eyebrows, leaving burn marks on my face. I would've let it go had she not continued to wax other areas i had NOT consented for her to do and without any warning at all. Then had the nerve to charge me an up-charge for said areas. Ridiculous. All of this took place in sept 2019. I haven't been back since and took my business to european wax center, where i have not had a single issue to this day. This place had a Groupon for a gel mani and pedi for $39 that I couldn't pass up. When I walked in I saw a sign that said the full price of my services was $100. Who would pay that for a mani pedi, I have no idea. Gel or not. My manicure consisted of filing my nails and applying the gel nail polish. That's it. No lotion... Hand massage.... Nothing. The pedicure was probably the worst I've ever gotten. And my massage chair was broken. Cool. Never in a million years would I have paid $100 for these services. Just a tip for whoever owns this place... It would look a lot more professional if your employees had a uniform or at least some sort of dress code. I was in complete shock at some of the outfits and lack of concern for personal appearance that I saw. Also, if your equipment is broken you should probably fix it. This is the kind of place that could benefit from Tabatha's salon takeover. read more

I have come for injections a few times and have been happy with the results each time. The Doctor is very good ( I'm a nurse ). The women at the desk is always friendly and answers all my questions. The only down side is I'm hooked now and my wallet isn't Lol.... read more

Shampoo, Cut & Style with George was perfect! George produced his tool of choice: Scissors.!! He got to work shearing off two inches of dead weight. After a thorough shampoo, he proceeded to cut, adding welcome volume to my fine, shoulder-length strands by crafting delicate layers and eye-grazing side sweeping bangs. He added a touch of Moroccanoil thickening lotion to add dimension and instant fullness without stickiness. George cuts with confidence that can only be attributed to years of experience. From now on, the only weapon I will be relying on for gorgeous hair is George Michael. Gel manicure and pedicure with Maryann was very relaxing and soothing. The pedicure room is charming and has nice massage chairs. Maryann has a large variety of Gel colors to choose from. read more

Tonight Kim gave me a Norvell Spray Tan. She is the best! Not only is she a perfectionist, she is extremely professional and makes you feel very comfortable. She takes the extra time to make sure your happy with the results. Tonight it was raining and extremely wet outside and she insured that I went home with an even beautiful tan. I've been going to Bella Boutique for several years, after following Kim L. from another salon for her fabulous gel fills. In all the years I have been going I have used a number of services and have not been disappointed. Let me detail specifics of why this salon is so fabulous: KIMMY -- I've been getting nail overlays, acrylic, gel, wraps and almost everything else, for over two decades and have never gotten as quality a gel overlay as I get from Kim. She is fast, detailed, immaculate and, when I indulge on occasion, artistic in creative design. For years I have received consistent compliments on the quality and natural look of my nails. SALON Hours. They have great hours and have been accommodating of my insane work schedule, for which I am extremely grateful and try to reciprocate by being there on time and giving notice when I am delayed. ACCESSORIES. The most beautiful accessories at reasonable prices! PEDICURES. Their chairs are clean and Kim does a fabulous job. The quality of the nail gel is outstanding and long-lasting because it is done right the first time. WAXING. I have had allergies in the past to certain waxes and significant redness, but Kim does a great job with this and is extremely detailed in ensuring that stray hairs are removed. FACIALS. I have not done many facials but they have all been nice. As you can see I am a devoted client but I will tell one more story which says as much about Laura the owner as it does about the rest of the staff. Four years ago my mom was living with me and was in the last stages of kidney cancer. One day I decided I wanted to treat her to a facial and wanted to bring her to Bella Boutique. Their facial room is down in the basement which I knew my mom would not be able to get to because of her mobility issues. Laura took a waxing room on the first floor and "converted" it to a facial room which allowed my mother to get there without difficulty. My mom had a great time and it was one of the last special days we had together before she passed away some months later. This has always stayed with me and is why I love this salon, love Kimmy and all she does to keep me looking fabulous and all that the staff does. read more

I went in for a shellac manicure. The manicurist took her time, did everything perfectly, and really paid attention to detail, I left with no rough spots, etc. And it held up for 2 + weeks! I will definitely be returning to see Maryann. The space is also pretty and comfortable, and the staff is warm and welcoming. The retail space also has plenty to offer! I had a 2:30 appointment to have a gel mani and 60 minute pedicure. I felt like my appointment was forgotten about today because when I arrived the manicurist Kim was with another client and I had to wait in the pedicure room for 20-25 minutes before my pedicure started. Kim was still with another client so this other lady did my pedicure. I felt like from her attitude that doing a pedicure was beneath her because she made a point to tell me that she was an aesthetician. It was probably one of the worst pedicures I've had. My nails were clipped too short and my feet were soaking in plain old tap water. The polish was put on sloppy and the girl nicked my cuticles. This isn't what I consider a luxury spa pedicure and its not worth the money. Overall my experience was disorganized and unprofessional not the relaxing spa experience I was hoping for when I booked my appointment. read more

As someone who stays out of the sun I have tried a lot of spray tan places. I go to Bella for spray tans year round. They use the best product and the "tan" lasts much longer than from other places. Also, there is none of that horrible fake tan smell. The staff is quite knowledgeable and really does a great job on the application. read more

Ive come here for facials, nails and recently got my hair done and every time I leave 100% satisfied. The staff is very nice and professional and it's easy to get in for an appointment. Rude and unprofessional. Awful gel mani & pedi! The staff is cheesy and distracted. The groupon is a good deal but the service you get with a groupon is not a quality service. I think since the boutique is loosing money because of the groupon, they don't provide a "real" treatment. There are a million good spas in the area. I'd recommend jgoing elsewhere. read more

I've been coming here to get waxed for a few months now and it's been hit or miss. However, on Friday, I had Bernice (first time I had her) do my wax, and it was absolutely the BEST wax I've ever received in 15+ years of waxing. I purchased a Viora package for my face and neck. The results have been amazing. In addition I was put on a skin regimen with products from salon. I also have been trying a variety of peels and dermaplaning. My skin has never looked so good !!! I highly recommend trying this salon. read more
