I want to hope this experience was not representative of Epicure spa, however, it is hard to separate the two. My eyebrows looked sloppy and the tint looked like it was drawn in with crayon. I offered the gift card as credit card, it was refused, i offered cash to hold, it was refused, I then asked for a refund so that I could seek services elsewhere that doesn't require a credit card "on file" but was told no refund would be given on gift cards. I asked what procedures were in place for cash paying clients without credit cards, she knew nothing except she would refuse service without credit cards on file and would not refund.
