Well this is going to be disappointing. Bella nails is literally 4 minutes from my home. I recently got married and on the day of my wedding went to Bella to get a mani and pedi. I got a full gel set on my hands and a regular paint job for my feet. Almost 2 hours later my bill was $90 which is ridiculously priced for what I got. I gave a 25$ tip since 3 people worked on me. My toe nails were chipping before I even left the place and I over heard the woman working on my toes complain how cheap the nail polish was, but that's not what annoyed me. What annoys me is that I paid 90 dollars and 6 days later my pinky finger broke a nail and on the same hand the middle finger nail popped off. These should last 3 weeks and costing so much at least a month. I think they over charged me. Either way I'm not impressed. Not going back and they are so busy massaging you and putting weird stuff on your hands it distracts you from what matters. Good nails. This place looks chic but they do a bad job. They take forever and my nails lasted less than a week. And again I spent too much money. Go anywhere else. read more

I had a great experience at Bella Nail & Spa today. I typically go to a different salon, but this was in a convenient location for me and wanted to give it a try. I needed gel polish taken off, and asked for a regular manicure - I'm so glad I did! They have a great choice of colors and the price was very reasonable. During the manicure, they give you a paraffin wax treatment and a wonderful massage. They also gave me a second massage when the polish was drying (amazing). The lotion they use to massage and moisturize your hands doesn't have a strong smell (which was great for me because strong odors tend to bother me). The salon is very clean, and the hot towels they use smell fresh with a hint of bleach (not that gross musty, mildew-y, moldy odor that I've smelled at other salons). After my first visit today, I'd definitely go back!! read more

First off, if you want to be seen at a specific time, call ahead to insure they have a space available for you! Love this nail salon, the staff is very nice. I usually go for a pedicure and some days I upgrade to a spa pedicure- definitely worth it. Their regular pedicure involves a paraffin dip, leg massage, and typical nail maintenance and polish change. The spa pedicure changes per season on the type of lotions they use. There is a lot more leg massage, leg wrapped with lotion and saran wrap and an upper body & face massage. They have a point card, you get more points when you use cash. The salon is clean and easy to get to with plenty of parking. If you haven't checked it out I would definitely give them a call! read more

This is the only place I will get a pedicure! The interior is cute and clean, the people are always very friendly and good at what they do. I've gotten the basic pedicure, as well as the special spa and bella spa, all of them have been very good. They always do a great job cleaning up and painting my toenails and the pedicures also include exfoliating, creams and a hot rock as well as massage! I've also gotten a normal manicure here which was a great deal because for only around 10$ it includes exfoliating and a parrafin wax treatment! I went for the "lemon pedicure". Expensive and not that great. The person I had was a man. He filed the tops of my nails and left dents and grooves on them. They look awful. Then he globbed the polish on. My toes look like a child did them. Waste of money!! read more

I went in for a gel fill and polish ($42). It took 2 hours and one nail chipped two days later. Horrible experience, I will never go back.

I rarely post a review but my treatment yesterday was unacceptable. I was having a spa pedicure when the technician cut my toe, deeply. It hurt like heck when it happened and bled freely. She could not stop the bleeding with pressure and just wanted me to put my foot back in the water. It hurt too much to do so and I pulled it out again.The owner came over and tried as well with pressure and then just put glue in the cut. I thought it was perhaps an antibiotic ointment, until I saw her use the same product on a chip in another nail. A third technician came by and actually patted my cut (another ouch and more germs!) and said that they wouldn't do the rest of the spa treatment on that foot since I couldn't immerse the foot. To add insult to injury, the owner asked loudly, for all in the salon to hear, 'are you diabetic?' What? As if it's my fault I'm bleeding! And no, I'm not. You just butchered my toe! When the ordeal was over and the owners husband came for payment, I asked about a discount for my injury and he laughed and just said no. Had he done the right thing, offered a discount, or even a coupon for the next pedicure for free, I would not be writing this review. I feel I was injured and it was belittled. I will not be back. By the way, it's more than 24 hours later and the toe is still throbbing. read more

This is one of the better nail salons in the area! It's family owned and they couldn't be any nicer. There's so much that sets them apart from other salons - from the consistent, great paint job to the pampering. I always do the 2nd tier spa pedicure and it's nearly two hours of massaging and relaxation for only $45! Pedicures start at $25 Shellac is $30 Update: 11/17/16 Service has certainly changed due to their new hires. They stopped doing the hot towel on your back unless your service includes it and the time spent on pedicures has been cut down. After several awful pedicures, I refuse to have any services done unless it's by one of the owners (Gin, Katie, Alison) since they're always very good. The body waxing isn't the best. It's pricey and lacked attention to detail. I constantly had to point out missed spots and left with patches of wax on my skin. read more

My usual nail salon couldn't fit me in for a last minute manicure, so I checked Yelp and saw the reviews for Bella. When I walked in I heard a voice greeting me, but couldn't find which face was talking to me. She continued to talk to me and never looked up and made eye contact. Once seated, a tech removed my gel manicure while another staff member hovered over the tech inspecting her work in an obnoxiously rude way. She was all up in my personal space. I wanted to jump out of my chair. The manicure was sloppy and I ended up taking it off as soon as I got home. So much for having a backup salon. I will not be returning and will tell others of my experience. read more

I went here for the first time today, and it was fabulous! I made a day-of appointment and they were able to fit me into a busy schedule. I got the Organic Spa Pedicure. My feet and my legs feel more moisturized and soft than ever. The service is definitely worth the price ($45-$65 for the Spa Pedicures). You practically get a full body massage while you're in the chair. The facility is incredibly clean, they line the foot baths and thoroughly clean the stations after each appointment. There wasn't any shady chatter that people complain about from nail salons, either. Quiet and relaxing. I would highly suggest scheduling an appointment! read more

The salon is very clean. I saw them sanitizing the instruments and they used liners in the pedicure whirlpools. I had a shellac manicure done. It came with so many extras (hand massage, shoulder massage, paraffin wax). They did a good job shaping the nails and the polish was done neatly. It it wasn't so far from me, I would go there regularly. Also I like the fact that they had other nationalities working there. That definitely created a more welcoming environment. read more

Fantastic nail spa! Went for pedicures for myself and family, The special pedicure was luxurious and well priced--included massage, wrap and wax of feet. Pedicurist was skilled and so nice. Owners work in the store and are so kind! They take their time to be sure that they do an superb job and are very flexible with what you want or don't want. Terrible customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. I was in the chair, feet in water ready for my pedicure to start when the woman realized a person with an appointment walked in. She then asked if I could wait 15 minutes since she made a mistake (which I couldn't since I was on a lunch break with limited time.) She looked at me, said sorry and gave me no other option but to leave. I had to request a towel to dry my soaking wet feet off so I could put my shoes back on. I just moved to town and was looking to try out different nail salons so I could find "the one." I certainly won't be coming back here. read more

The BEST nail & Spa you can get in Rockyhill. From start to finish, the entire service at Bella nail & Spa is top-notch. Everything over there is extremely clean, sanitized, and friendly atmosphere. They put a lot of time and great attention into my gel manicures. My gel manicure is two weeks old and still looks perfectly new. They know what they're doing and well trained.
