Hadn't been here in a few years and decided to give it another go. I got an acrylic pedicure and gel manicure. The entire experience was great from the start. The staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. I had no problem conveying my opinions about my nails to the manicurist; she was so nice!! Overall really enjoyed my experience. My toes were drying when the store was supposed to close, and the owner stayed with me so they wouldn't smudge! She even brought me a tangerine :) I will 100% be going back here, and I recommend the place to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi at a reasonable price. read more

Discovered Kim's nails one day a few months ago when my go to Luxe was closed. Kim did my pedicure while 9 months pregnant and took her time and made me feel pampered. I recently returned for another pedicure and the salon was following all Covid precautions, very clean, and again I had a great experience. I was offered tea and a free gift at the end. It's hard to find a nail salon that pays attention to the small things. Kim was awesome, she asked me many times if the shape was ok, if the color was what I wanted etc. The place is small, and it was busy but I didn't feel like she was rushing at all. They had enough people working where I didn't see anyone wait more than 10 min. Super friendly staff, prices are average, saw people getting pedicures that looked awesome too. read more

This nail spa is super friendly, the woman that did my nails was professional and very clean. I previously went to another spa that didn't do that great of a job with my acrylic set they were bulky and misshaped- but the woman at beauty nail spa that did my fill reshaped my nails to make them more appropriate for my hand size and the style i was going for. I went with my friend so one woman did the fill and the other did the painting. When they're done with the painting they give you a hand massage w/ a hot towel. Fills start at $18 depending on nail length and what kind of color you have them put on. We were both done around the same time which was great. I highly recommend this nail spa. read more

I would give this place negative ratings if possible. I picked my nail color, when the technician started painting it was obvious it was NOT the color I choose. I stopped her 3 times to ask her if she was certain of the paint. Meanwhile her boss tried telling to keep what I had cuz it was "pretty". So even her boss didnt not care that she was pushing a product on a customer that was not asked for. She blew my questions off and continued with the wrong paint. I told her it wasnt what I wanted and I picked a different color. Then she got sparkles in my black nail polish, again NOT something I asked for. Absolutely ridiculous that I even had to pay for the worst service and set of nails I have ever received. They let me leave their salon with uneven nails, as well as paint and acrylic still stuck to my skin. Have pictures to prove it. THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Customer service consists of ignoring what the customer asked for then ignoring their concerns when paying customer expressed concern. I have spent the last half hour filing off the acrylic stuck to the sides of my fingers and reshaping the uneven nails they screwed up. I'm pissed I even paid them. I should have just walked out. Having a clean facility and smiling at customers does NOT compensate for the shitty job they left me with. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I have been getting my acrylic nails done for 3 years, never have I left a salon as angry and disappointed as I was with this place. read more

I recommend this nail spa 100%! Every staff was extremely nice. They made me feel like I had known them for years it was an at home feeling. I have visited many nail salons and they tend to be rude and make me feel unwelcome but not here. I always drive by the plaza they are located and decided to stop by for an acrylic fill. There was only a woman getting a manicure so I attended quickly. They had many colors to choose from and what I liked the most was that she shaped them accordingly to my hand shape and they were not bulky or chunky, unlike other places where I have gone to. The manicurist even pushed my cuticles and cut the dead skin off my nails, something that another nail place never do! She finished in about 40 min and I was in love with the result. Before she finished she added cuticle oil and hand cream gave me a hand massage and added a warm towel which gave me soft, moisturizing hands! She charged me 28.00$ which is not bad for the fact that I got gel polish. I will definitely be back for my next fill. read more

Did not have a very good experience here. I get powder gel done and when i called to make an appointment, they said they did it. Turns out, they had 3 colors for me to choose from. Seems like they just lied to get me to go in there and spend the money. When i was going to leave they forced me to stay by digging up a 4th color out of a drawer that they thought i would like. The color was not what i thought it would be and at that point there really wasn't much i could do about it. Powder gel will last me about three weeks usually but from here they chipped after 5 days. I think this place changed names because my recipt says "beauty nails".. But the address is the same. I just left there and am completely disgusted. I waited awhile for a manicure which is fine because I just stopped in. I. Saw the woman before me get up then I was moved to the same chair- fine. The technician started clipping my long nails extremely short, then picked up a cuticle cutter I had been staring at- with skin still on it from the woman before. I said something but she didn't understand me- someone else came over and told me there was a sanitizer solution they dipped everything in. I told her about the skin and she agreed. I should have just walked out then but my nails were already butchered. My nails are now oddly shaped and look like a 12 year old painted them for me- uneven with strokes in them. Whatever you do avoid this place I WILL be reporting to the board of health. read more

I really liked the place! It was sanitary and I saw them take out tools out of the sanitizer. Apparently this is also a new ownership, which the new owner is really nice. She also introduced me to SNS which isn't acrylic or gel but looks like acrylic but is better. Nails lasted 3-4 weeks without chipping at all. The pricing is really affordable! Had manicure/pedicure and eye brows - 80.00 didn't even do the sides of the nails during manicure - returned the next day - fixed one nail with wrong color polish - than correct over wrong. When I stopped in to bring it to their attention that there were several nails - not done on sides - "You want me to fix this one" I wanted a simple manicure at no charge - for not having a proper one for my two week vacation.
