Overall I would give this place a 0. From the moment I walked in the negative energy in the salon. Not to mention the staff were being extremely rude to the young front desk employee. The lady who serviced me completely ignored my request. I came in with my natural nails long and healthy to end up leaving with the shortest of short nails. Let me also say I was the only customer there, aside from crickets jumping around. The lack of communication to understand what I wanted was really disappointing. If I can give this a negative 10000 I would. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE. I validly had a complaint and then they blocked me when I request a refund. My nails are crooked. My nails also hurt after I went to this shop. More specifically I booked an appointment. I went on my lunch break to ensure I was prepared for my trip. When I went to my appointment they did not have my reservation, nor was the nail tech I booked present. I still insisted that BASED on their pictures my nails would be great. Girl NO. I have really mixed feelings about this place. The front desk person (young white female brunette) sort of treated me like an annoyance more than a customer. It was my first time in, but she acted like I should know the routine & was irritated by my questions. It felt awkward to be a nuisance to her. The nail tech was very nice and seemed knowledgeable, but then she had me soak my finger tips in a small bowl of acetone, which seems unhealthy for my skin and wasteful of the chemical. Her little son was there (who was really cute) & he listened to her very well. My nails turned out fun & cute, but I'm still debating on whether to go back. read more

A little disappointed... just moved here and tried to find a local nail salon. Went in and not busy at all. Friendly staff but wasn't thrilled about my dip. Got a dip set with a tip and it was not even... I believe she needed to do another dip coat to fix the issue or buff better. read more

I recently moved to the area & this is the 3rd time I have tried getting my nails done at this place & been disappointed. The first time wasn't terrible, they looked alright going out the door but I quickly began to see the careless effort the more I looked at them. I went back the second time thinking maybe it was just that tech & got a full set with dip powder again. It was so bumpy, the tech did not take the time to drill out any of the excess glue/powder under my nails, they just didn't look good. I stopped by today to get a full set with my daughter (she got a regular manicure) & I will never waste my time or money at this salon again. The man rushed through so quick, he didn't take the time to make them look halfway decent. Instead of fixing what was messed up he would simply push it down with his finger & move on, leaving excess file residue under the layers of dip. It was unbelievable how uneven each nail was, completely slanted & left with sharp edges. I had asked for the square shape, but it was like he cut the fake nails & left them how they were all crooked & jagged. I pointed out how uneven it was & he acted like he didn't see the problem. After he put the top coat on he had left so much powdery, glitter mess all around the edges of my fingers. He said the more I wash my hands the quicker it would start coming off... did not even attempt to clean it up. Then, with my daughters nails, she asked for them to be painted & add a simple design. They painted her nails, told her to let it dry & that the tech would be back to do the design. She was left sitting in her chair waiting & no one ever came back to finish her nails. I had to ask the man who did mine if the lady was coming back to finish & again he quickly & carelessly painted a shitty design & told her she was done. I paid $65 for both & the outcome was worse than when we came in... the whole reason of going to a salon is to have nails that look good, not leave & be annoyed with your service. Don't even bother going here, there's plenty of other salons in the area I'm sure are MUCH better. read more

This place isn't the place for you if you are African American. Save your money and time. I come in with a friend and they say i can sit next to her then a group of Caucasian women come in and I'm asked to be moved. This poor customer service. Honestly if i could leave no star i would. AFRICAN AMERICAN QUEENs do not come here you may be valued as revenue as far as their income but anything else no. We got here , and it took over 15 for them to start. I pray you take heed but this nail salon isn't for you find another one who treats you fairly.
