Manager is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Called to speak to the owner about another business matter and got a "he's not here. I'm busy working" response followed by him hanging up on me. Called back to see if I could leave a message and he hung up on me again. I speak to business owners, managers, receptionists, admins and other staff every day and have never had such an unpleasant experience. Incredibly poor communication and customer service skills. Oh boy...sadly the worst pedicure I've ever received. First time in and will likely not be returning. Maybe he had a bad evening, but Sony completely rushed through my pedicure. Cut me during filling, basically pet me during the "massage", and did such a bad job with the paint that I asked him to remove it. He claimed that the gloppy polish that was running down all of the sides onto my skin was due to my color selection. I've been to this salon twice for pedicures. Both times they rushed through the pedicure, then pushed for additional services, and kept adding charges for the smallest things. I was there last Friday with my daughter and my son's girlfriend, and the technician decided to use gel polish when I didn't ask for it. She argued with me and said I wanted it. I did not. She begrudgingly agreed to not charge me the additional $10 for gel. She also gave me a totally different color than I asked for. The color I requested was coral and she gave me a very bright hot pink. So now I will need to pay extra wherever I go next (it won't be there) to remove gel polish from my toes. I like to relax while I get a pedicure, but these gals really work hastily and there's nothing relaxing about it. In addition, Bella is the most expensive nail salon I've ever been to. The topper was when one of the technicians (a man) asked my son's girlfriend if I was her grandmother. I was so insulted! I could be her mother, not grandmother! How rude. I will never ever go there again. They nickel and dime you, charge for services you don't want, rush through like they're in a hurry, and insult you on top of things. Very unhappy. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had! Attempted this salon twice, thought maybe the first time was a fluke due to being recently opened. Made two appts for myself and my mother.. two pedis, two fills for 11a... my mom was sat and began her fill. I didn't receive any assistance until 1135.... The whole salon was in chaos, my tech literally stopped my fill 7 times to go answer the phone. I was cut pretty badly this visit... by the time I was receiving my fill mom began her pedicure... so much for appts to go together... I overheard her ask the lady 4 times to cut a toe nail down... it was never done.. I liked the color selection and that it was close to home so figured we would do our next follow up appt. Made appt. Started late as per last visit (what's the point of making appts?). Nails were cut down, and then shaped, tech began to move on to polish and I had to stop him because you could see on 3 nails where they'd been cut, they were still square (I get pointy stiletto)? I was never asked to wash my hands during my fill, just powder everywhere, no cuticle oil after. Moved on too pedi.. cold water... had an ingrown beginning, pointed it out, tech ran tool over cuticle and moved on? Really began feeling like I was in the twilight zone?? Like what's really happening here? Got to checkout as FAST as I could before I lost it... as I get to the counter I noticed they had a sign showing they were moving to a price increase (original prices were already over competitors pricing) after only 3 mo of being open?.... this places crappy service was hardly worth it's originally opening prices... I was getting coffee this morning and the barista's nails were really cute. I asked about them and she referred me to Bella Nails and Spa, highly recommending Trinity. I was only in town for one day...not only were they able to get me in that same day, but I got a full set and Trinity put in some hard work with the design! Took my 85 year old mom for a deluxe pedicure before Christmas. Holly was so sweet and kind and made her feel comfortable. Jenny did my pedicure and it was as I expected. This place used to be nice but I made appointments for my husband and me to get pedicures on Sunday and I'd called the day before. Apparently that doesn't matter. We arrived and were shown to chairs with water to soak our feet. Eventually Kevin came to work on my feet and I do mean work because he was too rough. 45 minutes later my husband went to the car because no one had bothered to even start his pedicure and he has a bad hip. When Kevin was done I tipped him way too much because it's almost Christmas and I really regret it because I realized later that he'd left several toenails quite ragged. If I wanted that, I'd have done it myself for free. We won't be back. There was also inconsistent masking which with the new variant, is unacceptable. read more

Facility is clean and has a nice selection of color. Staff is friendly but it doesn't outweigh its inability to strategically operate with an efficient work. It's overpriced as well. I am so grateful I did, I am beyond satisfied with my nails and will definitely be going back to Trinity. She did AMAZING work on my nails and knew what to do to make them even more naturally gorgeous. Kevin did EXCELLENT on my feet as well! Nails were okay...no cuticle work and only left with a squirt of lotion in my hand. :/ Had a dip power manicure and I was surprised they dip fingers into the jar. This is a huge opportunity for sharing fungus and bacteria between clients. I don't think I will go back - cheaper salons offer far more protection and service. read more
