Came yesterday for a removal from another salon and full set. Everything was amazing from the beginning to the end. The vibe is welcoming and happy. Salon is very clean and comfortable. My nails look amazing. The attention to detail from Jay was much appreciated. He checked in multiple times asking if I wanted something to drink and if I was in any pain (I wasn't) which made me so comfortable. My nail shape is so impressive and with just the right thickness. The nail tech I had was extremely rude. He was rough with my nails and left my cuticles all cut up and red. I told him if he could change something about my nails and he got extremely rude. Beware-they do not honor the prices posted on their website. A child pedicure including flower is posted as $20, but I was charged $25. When I showed the cashier their webpage showing the $20 price, she would not accept it and insisted the charge was $25 and said that the person in charge of the website was supposed to have updated the price. read more

This is my second time coming I previously had Nikki & she was amazing! I Booked an appt for a fil with builder gel, no design. They scheduled me with Justin cause Nikki was not available and that was fine! When getting my service, my cuticle did not get cleaned up/ cut,& the underneath of my nails did not get drilled leaving them thick and rough. When the service was completed from I could see they were good! I Tipped 20% and was on my way. When I got home & in better lighting I right away noticed how sloppy they looked. It looked like regular polish chipping after a few weeks of wear and there was polish on my skin, that I could not get off myself. For $73 I don't think one solid color should look so lazy. I Called and scheduled a fix with Nikki, explaining I understood if I had to pay a little more for a fix since she hadn't done my previous service. But I was requesting my service with her cuz I don't like the way Justin did them. They said that was fine and I went in for my fix the next day. Receptionist told me to pick up my color, I did. & I stood there awkwardly for about five minutes as she addressed and talked to everyone else around me, leaving me to be in everyone's way. there's no seating / waiting area, so I had nowhere to wait off to the side. The receptionist told Nikki that I was the one in the hat and kept pointing at me while I waited. When Nikki got to me, I just said that I would like them cleaned up. They seem to be a bit messy. When I was mid sentence, She walked away to the receptionist who then came back with both Justin and Nikki. She asked me if Justin or Nikki did my nails. I said Justin, but that I had requested a fix with Nikki and was willing to pay for her time. Receptionist made me go with Justin. He was confused as to why I was there, but my nails clearly look messy while I just paid $72 for them 24 hours prio. Only fix 3 fingers very quickly while seeming annoyed I was there. For $72 I think a simple manicure should be very well done. Overpriced poor, customer service, & sloppy end result. read more

Really pretty place to get nails done! She did a really good job on my actual nails and shaping. However, I paid over $60 before tip and I didn't get a full manicure. No massage, cuticle cutting etc. I only get gel so I thought it was super expensive for just the paint color. read more

From the minute, I walked in nothing but smiles and professionalism and caring attention. My nail technician was Lisa. She said she had never done that flower before, but was willing to try and succeeded in giving me absolutely beautiful plumerias with tropical leaves in a French manicure style. My nails were classy and done realistically, and I will never use another nail technician again, other than her. I've always been demanding with the designs I want on my finger and toe nails. I like original designs so that I can post them on my Pinterest. And my nails are always a topic of conversation with my friends and people I know and run into. read more

Saw the 'best of clark county 2024' - however this is the most underwhelming pedicure I've ever had - went for the deluxe option - received no nail shaping, no cuticle removal - only used a standard nail clipper and nothing else. Nails still long, mismatched. Leg massage had zero pressure, no hot stones were used even though it states on the list they are offered - I had my baby a few weeks ago and wanted to feel better - however this experience felt more like a waste of money to get a sitter and pay $55+ for a mediocre experience. Wish I could get my money back. read more

I have been coming here semi regularly for about a year. I am usually a creature of habit with the same tech forever but I decided to be more flexible when I moved. I have been trying all different people for all of my appointments (mani and pedis). I don't think I've had the same person more than once so far. They've all been really good. The one person I didn't care for, no longer works there-so no complaints! I am not sure what is with the negative reviews for this place. I feel like they're just being Karen's complaining about things that aren't relevant or have unrealistic expectations. One person said they're in it for the money. Of course they are! It's a business. Who wouldn't be?? Its not a charity. I don't know what people are expecting other than nail and waxing services. They're not there to be your best friends; even though all of the folks are very friendly, they're there to to do their job and serve the next person for their appointments scheduled. Anyway, they always do my services well within normal time range, without being rushed. Sometimes it's faster than expected and I'm thrilled I get time back to do my own thing. I usually get mani/pedis at the same appointment time and it averages about an hour and a half for both services. Pretty standard. I am never pressured on upsell for products or services. They are the best salon I've found in the area since I moved. I tried 5 shops total. I would recommend (I have already) and I will absolutely be back. Thank you Jay (and his team)! I was disappointed that this nail salon charges $5 extra to get the calluses off your heels! It's always been standard in every pedicure at every other nail salon I've been to. The women who were working on my mother and I tried to talk us into the $50 pedicure rather than the $35 we asked for. They ended up talking my mother into gel polish and trimming her fingernails for her, so her bill was over $50. They spoke Vietnamese the entire time to each other, which felt disrespectful, as we didn't know if they were talking about us or not. The "5 minute leg message" didn't last 5 minutes. I wouldn't call it a message. She just lightly rubbed my legs. I feel 3 stars is generous. If I could give 2 1/2 stars I would. I doubt I'll be back. read more

My pedicure at best could be described as "OK". It felt rushed and my technician (man) seemed inexperienced.

I was really disappointed with my service. I went in yesterday after looking into their website checking out their prices. I give them two stars because the guy that did my nails was supper nice and so was the lady that did my eyebrows. Here's where it went wrong I chose a cat eye color which in every salon I have gone to it's only about $5 extra charge they charged me $30 extra to use. when it came to doing my nails she charged me 80 something dollars for a set I thought was simple now for that amount you would think that the least you could do is clean up my cuticles but unfortunately she said it was an additional 10 on top of the 80 it was so many extra charges that they did not have on their website and that where not told to me till after the service that it just rubbed off wrong. The lady doing my nails kept complaining about the color choice she left glue on all of my fingers the lady at the front was such a sweetheart Offered to sit me down to get them cleaned up with someone else but honestly I was annoyed you would expect that with the $180 that I spent there the least they could have done was clean up my finishers and not leave my nails so ruff. So if you go here just learn from my mistake and ask for prices upfront I hate being blindsided especially after I looked on their website for prices. read more

I really REALLY wanted to love this place since it's so close to me, but unfortunately, I'll be going back to my regular person. It was a simple fill, and nail tech was friendly enough, but super rough with the dremmel (to the point that my cuticles and finger pads are swollen, see photo.) I assumed she was going to do more than two coats of polish, but she stopped after the second. Also, the nails on the right hand are longer than the left hand. She didn't hold them up to compare or anything. I ended up coming home to file them down so they are somewhat even. Also, it hasn't even been a week and the acrylic has already broken off, resulting in a broken nail. It also seems like they weren't 100% ready to open. The hand washing sink didn't have scrubbers or anything and just had a box of paper towels sitting there and it seems like they still had some things to tidy up. It's a bummer too because they all seem really nice and again, it's super convenient. read more

I will not be coming back here. My nails were not done to my standards. I will keep trying other salons until I find one I like. My nails were done close to my cuticle (which I liked) but crooked if you look closely. I told the nail tech about it but she didn't do much. Also, I told the receptionist that I had to leave to my appointment after getting my nails done. As soon as we were getting ready to pay she got a phone call and instead of putting them on hold, she completed the call while I was waiting to pay. This was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. You have to get current customers out to get the new ones in. Also, I got charged a service fee for using my card. The length I got wasn't that long so I felt that my nails should've been slightly cheaper. I wouldn't have minded paying the price I did ($88+$10 tip) had the nails been to my standards. I understand that they're not gonna be perfect but these weren't even straight. I wouldn't recommend this salon. read more

I went in for a pedicure and Lau Ngyuan used a rasp on my heels. She was unbelievably aggressive and grated away causing deep cuts in multiple places on my heels and side of my foot. I told her not to scrape so hard but she then took a slice out of the side of my toe. I saw some blood on the towel and lifted up my heel and found three large blotches of blood and freaked out. She ceased the pedicure and put an antiseptic dressing on my foot and bandages me up. my daughter was with me and paid for the pedicure. They charged for mine! She went back in and got a refund. I am still sore after more than a week. I think someone should take that grater/rasp away from her permanently. These tools are illegal in all but 15 states for good reason. read more
