I have always had a good manicure at 10 Nails except for today. She was so bad, I left without giving her a tip. I came home and noticed that some of my nails were rough on the edges. This is the 3rd time I have come to this place to get a pedicure. I always pay for the one that cost $55 and I never get the quality that I should be getting. The second time I went the girl literally didn't take her time and I was done in a half an hour. This last time I just went, the girl didn't even do my heels. I paid $55 and again I felt like this girl rushed through the pedicure. She didn't even give me the full pedicure nor do they do a good leg massage. Not to mention it was the day before New Year's Eve and the salon wasn't that busy. That should've told me something right there . What am I paying for? I wanted dip and both nude colors I picked they were out of. Instead of taking them away she just put them back. I asked for no massage because I just wanted the nails to get all the attention. Instead of doing an amazing job on powder nail and pedicure, it was far from perfect. There was dry skin on my toes and nail polish on the skin part of my toe. They also don't offer nail kit, you need to ask or they will use shared files. I think the part that I disliked the most was when it was time to pay they have the lowest tip set to 20% as "good" instead of normal average tip of 15%. With her right next to me hovering I felt pressured into doing that option that even thought she def didn't deserve a $15 tip! I will not be returning for those reasons. read more

I went in for a walk in hoping to get a fill. Mind you, I called 10 minutes ahead to make sure they had time and we're available. I have been getting acrylic nails for over 5 years now, and have never had a worse experience. I walked in and was greeted nicely. However, after being hit multiple times with the electric grinder I gave up hope. Normally my fills take anywhere from 30-45 minutes. This fill took 15 minutes. All my nails are now lifting, the gel polish is chunky, and 2 nails are completely off. They lady also didn't ask me once if I liked the length, or shape of my nails. Completely feel like I just wasted $45 for a fill that has now turned into needing a full set replacement. read more

This used to be a place my mom and I would frequent often, after today, we won't be back! If you're in for a pedicure with a side of covid then this is the place for you! We were enjoying our service until there was a lady who wasn't wearing her mask. She claimed that covid was not real and she has a sister who is a doctor and a nurse and that how she knows this. The staff did not ask her to leave when multiple customers stated that they were uncomfortable and felt unsafe due to her noncompliance in wearing her mask. The salon chose to service one ignorant client instead of protecting the lives of their other clients. The service here is not worth your exposure risk! read more

I wanted to give this salon a second chance but I have decided to never come back again. The first time I got my nails done there, it was my mistake for not knowing what I want but after going in a second time, I asked my nail tech to make my nails narrower in width because wide nails tend to make my fingers appear fatter (this is what happened the first time). After I told the nail tech several times, I can hear the frustration in her voice so I just gave up. I spent ~60 dollars on mediocre nails. The nail tech took about 2 hours on my nails and when I mentioned my nails looking thick, the gentlemen said that it's because I used gel. I have gotten them done at many places before and it does not have to do with the gel polish. The art of false nails are to make them look as natural as possible (in my opinion) and mine came out looking like Easter candy eggs on the ends of my finger. If you are looking for a good nail salon,this is not the place. One person took off my old gel polish with the sander type tool and gouged several nails so badly that the gouges show through the layers of new polish. Then I was passed on to another person who did a terrible job of putting the new gel polish on: the polish layers do not go to the sides and ends of each nail;! It looks awful as if a small child did it! Additionally, I am trying to grow my nails and asked both women to keep my nails as long as possible but both filed them down way too short as well as lopsided. The next day, after I showered, I noticed the gel polish was peeling off! This place is a disaster and a complete waste of time and money. read more

I love this place. It's near home, their chairs work and their shop is clean. Also, they don't judge my ingrown big toes and fix them back to perfect thus relieving the pressure on my big toes. They give a great shellac/gel pedicure. The nail art is wonderful here and I always leave satisfied. I tend to go early in the mornings but even Fridays at 9:30 am they're busy. We went back because I love my therapy sessions with Donna and my daughter went for the first time and got Rose and she really liked her. This is all positive for us since we've looked for a family home for nails thanks 10 Nails. I like this place. I like Donna. she fixed my nails from the previous place I had gone to. Donna did my eyebrows, I liked her manager. When I had to scrub my nails they didn't have any clean brushes, and the area where they clean their tools was tacky and looked like the store needed to be cleaned. This place gives you amazing pedicures for a great price................ then I came home to find out I had paraffin wax on the back my my leg and the side of the other ?! How is that even possible.... The time before this, I asked for paraffin wax with my manicure and it was on my jacket from the nail tech shaking the bag and it splashing on my clothing. Once, was enough.... this is TWICE now. Now I'm praying my washer washes this out and looking for a new salon. Heart broken, I loved this place but not at the discretion of my clothing. I went with my friend to get out nails done. ive Never had issues with this place until now. When we arrived we where told to come back in 30 minute. we left and came back 30 minutes later and where immediately sat. my friend got a fill and I asked for a gel manicure. i sat in the chair next to my friend for another 30 minutes while she got her nails done, waiting for someone to come do mine. But no one ever came.I wasted and hour of my day, watching my friend get her nails done while I sat there patiently waiting. I just don't understand what is so hard about wanting square nails with a little ombre. I have had enough of this place. I have brought pictures of what I want and I understand they will not look exactly like the photos but I would like it similar to them. Then they tell me that my nails are too short and they won't look good.... And my pinky isn't even fully finished. They are uneven and not what I asked for.
