I hate being a difficult client but for once I spoke up. I noticed the nails were longer but I thought it's ok as long as the shape is good I'll be fine. When he asked me to wash my hands, I noticed the sides were thick/not straight and nails were uneven so I brought it to his attention. "I'd like for them to be very straight and square" I said AGAIN. He then said "oh yes ok" grabbed his nail filer and filed one side of one nail and proceeded to not fix the rest. I just smiled, paid and left. Awful experience - do not recommend. I had one of the worst nail salon experiences here. The man who did my nails was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed to even be working. He was extremely rough--squishing my fingers painfully almost as if his intention was to hurt me physically. He completely ignored my cuticles and the skin around my nails, and the gel manicure itself was rushed and careless. It felt as though he just wanted to get it over with, with no attention to detail or customer care. I felt uncomfortable and frustrated through the whole process. I've been here a few times before since last year and didn't have any issues. Came again the other day because I wanted to get my nails done, both pedicure and manicure. Usually I always do shellac but I wanted acrylic this time. I was sent to Kenny by the girl who originally helped me after I told her I wanted pointy tips. He did my nails and they weren't bad but a little crooked. He never massaged my hands, never pushed back or cut my cuticles and didn't even clip my nails. Just did a lazy job because he wanted to watch football on his phone. He then sent me back to her to get flowers on that I asked for and she did horrible. She started over 6-8 times and the outcome is not something I'm super happy with because they look uneven and the flowers are in like a square shape. Got a pedicure and the lady dug my ingrowns out of my big toes all the way to the root. It was very painful. They got infected and I had to go to the doctor to get them professionally removed and the infection cleared out. Now I'm missing about 1/4-1/2 of each big toenail and I've missed over a week of work. They are not supposed to treat ingrown toenails. It is illegal. If I could give 0 stars I would. read more

I was originally told to look at the gel polished and pick one out...about a minute later my nail tech said just to come sit down. Kept asking if I wanted black and orange and I kept saying no black with glitter. I had a old set of acrylics on from somewhere else, rather than soaking them he took a piece of plastic and peeled them off (I could've done that at home and saved the $45 bucks) which left my nails even more damaged and weak. I asked him to do a dip nail on my pointer finger because it had almost no nail at all, he did but didn't file the nail underneath at all so it had a thick dip chunk underneath. He didn't cut my finger nails at all, just painted over the thin nails. Cuticles burned when he put them under the UV light, I've never had that happen before. He left black nail polish all over my hands, also he completely painted over a couple cuticles. The edges were rough and I had to file them down at home. I kid you not this manicure lasted 24 hours before my nails broke and tore. If he had cut them down first maybe this wouldn't have happened. Seemed like he was in a hurry because as soon as I walked out he ran next door and seemed like he was looking at a car with another guy. Just wish I wouldn't have wasted the time or money and just tore them off myself. I used to come here all the time but I won't be coming back. read more

**READ THIS** This is by far the worst nail job I have EVER had. And I had some terrible nails jobs people. I came in at not a busy time for gel color. It was me and another person there. I chose my color and told the lady who was working on my nails that she can't sand them down too much, they are too thin (and small). She messed up on my finger and kept wiping it off to repaint it. ***SHE USED CLIPPERS THAT WEREN'T SANITIZED OR NEW** I should have left then. Long story short - the paint job was awful, look at the photos. That's AFTER THEY FIXED IT. TWICE!!!! The first time I asked her to fix it and remove some of the extra polish she simply clipped it off along with my skin. !!!!! When I asked them (at this point the rude guy takes over my hand) to fix it second time, at least remove the extra gel off my fingers, the male, based on other reviews I assume it was Kenny... or maybe not who knows. He said that I have too much cuticle (in reality the tech couldn't handle painting my nail and got lazy and went into the cuticle I know that because I closely observed her attempts to paint them like a normal person but then she messed up and gave up) and that my nails are too small. He said I WONT GET IT DONE BETTER ANYWHERE ELSE and when I replied that I had done it actually correct before he said I SHOULD GO BACK THERE. (And I would if it wasn't a friend instead of a salon lol) RUDE. UNPROFESSIONAL. ABSOLUTELY CANNOT. PAINT. NAILS. Only nails they can paint are giant 1" nails that are big enough that even a baby can paint them nicely. The fact that I had to pay for this is borderline illegal. Keep in mind I never raised my voice, never spoke rudely. I went to this nail salon after talking to a co-worker that raved about it. She said they do a great job and have lower prices which really turned me on to the idea of finding a new place to go. I went in and was taken back right away, which is awesome. I like to be able to have some sort of conversation with the person doing my nails, but I wasn't even spoken to the entire half hour I was sitting there. Although she was speaking to her co-workers the whole time. I felt pretty ignored. I got just a standard shellac manicure and was not impressed by the lack of attention she gave to my cuticles. I'm used to having a sort of small hand massage to work in oil or lotion, but there was nothing. The only reason I am giving two stars is because of the price, and the availability to be seen. Usually this is my place to go for anything, just because their pricing is better than other nail salons and they're pretty quick. But this time I went in for a pedicure I noticed that the tub wasn't cleaned or sanitized, just sprayed down with water. But, I stayed cause I just thought it was an off day. Next, they asked what pedicure I wanted and I just opted for the regular $25 but with gel polish (I usually pay$5 extra). Now all of a sudden they charge $15 for gel. The paint is bubbly, all over my cuticles, there is one spot on the nails that actually Doesn't have polish on them. There Is a black speck on another. The shape is atrocious i asked for coffin and half of them are square. No two nails are the same length and half of the nails aren't fully polished from nail to skin. I had to tell him to fix the length and shape 3 times and he just Didn't want to listen because he THOUGHT he was good at his job. This was a gel full set so he charged me $50 and told me to F**k off when I asked for a refund. This is the owner!!! Also I had 3 women hovering over me due to not standing or sitting room during Covid because the place was so packed and they aren't following the CDC guidelines. They were great at first. But the man (who had previously done my nails near perfectly the first time) did them again, and rushed so fast through my fill and didn't do it properly. A lady had to fix them before I left, and they still weren't done very well. The fill was SO thin, and very sloppy. Parts of my nail weren't even covered. They ended up lifting and broke off a few days later. Something else though, is that they don't follow health and safety regulations, and use the same dirty used files and other instruments between clients.
