Ann was phenomenal--she had the perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness. She explained each step of the process without interrupting the calming atmosphere and used just the right amount of pressure during the face and shoulder massage portion (which was divine!). She took care to ask about any sensitivities and truly customized the experience to my needs. I used to get the head spas every month when they opened for $70. Since the new owners took over they didn't let anyone know the head spa service is no longer available. I called many times to do a price check for the head spa after calling about 5 times (they wouldn't pick up) and someone quoted me $80. I thought that was strange since my last visit was 3 months ago. I tried to make an appointment but no one picked up so I went in person hoping they could take me. Drove 30 mins just to see the new owner have employees and was sitting by the phone but wouldn't pick up. I was told they no longer do head spas. Only body massage and hair cuts. Well now she would rather have them to thin then different lengths and a wound on her eye lid. Sharron talked for 7 min. stright and wouldn't let me talk, just defended her actions the whole time.
