I then continued on, to give her the benefit of the doubt, and let her know it sounded like a lot since I am fairly young (34) and have never received more than 20 total units at a given time with very great results! She literally said "go back there then, because that's a miracle"!! Who says that to a customer and when they own they own salon!?? I should have left after her first unprofessional comment. How ignorant do you have to be to represent your own salon this way? I felt like I was in a twilight zone, and was completely disgusted as I have never had an issue with anybody I've ever seen for any service. I reached out to Beauty Unleashed because it is not far from me and right away I could tell that this was going to be 1000x better. The owner replied really quickly, was kind, non-judgmental, had prices that were more than affordable. After my first appointment (I've had 4 now) I could tell that the laser was incredible, way better than any laser I had before. This is actually working! My hair is gone in my main treatment areas, I added some more areas as I realized how great her prices are, and how good her laser works. My favorite thing is that she has numbing cream, I pay extra for it, but it's worth it for sure! I pay for it every single time, and I never regret it. I already plan to keep going, even after my laser is complete, she has so many different services that she does. Taking care of my skin is next for sure!
