From the moment we decided to work with them to the moment we received our final films, Travis and his team have been INCREDIBLE to work with! One of the things I loved most is that I never felt like I was a burden to their team. Our wedding video from Bella Photo Video is one of the things I am most thankful for when I look back at my wedding day! Choosing a videographer is a huge decision. Once we made the decision to actually invest in a video from our wedding day (which I highly recommend because the day can be a bit of a blur) we were on the hunt for a creative, talented videographer with fair pricing. Well, here he is. Travis did an amazing job capturing our wedding day. He was not invasive, he was kind, considerate, and friendly. He fit in perfectly with all of our other guests. He is extremely talented and loves what he does! This was the kind of small business I wanted to support. I absolutely loved every single minute of our video, and I got to share it with friends and family who couldn't make it to the wedding. Do not book with them! At first they seemed very professional and nice but ended up terrible! Extremely unprofessional! My fiancé and I found Bella Photo and Video online and at first they seemed like the perfect company for us. We met and talked with them and everything was fine. We booked out date with them a year before our wedding and we spoke on the phone about the price and who will be there and all the little detail. My fiancé and I wanted to meet with them to sign the contract. They said not to worry that we have the date sent. They finally responded to us about the contract about 4 months before the wedding. At first David told me to write my own contract and send it to him. I have never written and contract, I didn't know where to start and frankly I had no time for that (this should be the job of the company). I ask them to send me a contract. The contract that they sent me was ridiculous. They wanted us to be responsible for any injuries or damage that they get during our wedding (which should be covered by their insurance). So naturally they are not an insured company. They also increased the price the contract. They said that they can cancel " for no reason." I emailed David the changes that we want tone made in the contract. He didn't respond, so we called them. They weren't answering phone calls at all. About 3 months before the wedding they finally answered our call and said they they have to cancel the wedding. This was very ridiculous to me because there was no previous tension that we had, they just were ignoring us for sometime. Therefore, they were not holding up to the things we discussed on the phone, trying to over charge us, and hiding that they didn't have insurance on their company. I think that they should have informed us a lot earlier. Also, the work that they show you was all taken with 3-5 photographers/videographers. I asked them to show us some things that only the one of them (David or Travis) did or that only the two of them did. They were very reluctant (because this is no where on their websites). It was MUCH different quality of work. Watch out for them! They will try to trick you! read more

Travis and David are great! They are so flexible and very personable. My husband and I were debating before our wedding if spending money on photos and video was going to be individually worth it since, we as brides know, costs can add up. After debating for a while we decided to pull the trigger close to our wedding date. They were timely and everything was nice and organized when it came to the day of. David was our videographer and was fun to work with during the day. He was perfectly-in-the-way, where he got all the best shots but wasn't interrupting the ceremony. We went with another photographer that we booked prior to deciding on the video and he worked hand in hand with shots they wanted to take and was friendly to them as well, which sometimes is difficult to find when a company offers that same service. Overall we were overly pleased and we tear up every time we watch it (which is quite a lot ). read more
