I think it safe to say the order was a genuine professional challenge. What a great job was done! I had copies made for my sibling's families and my parents. They all said that this was the best gift they could have ever received. Most of the films were 30 to 40 years old and could not be watched without being converted. When I called my boss to tell him what happened, he asked me to continue working out the shift so that that company didn't cancel the contract with him. I had to go to the hospital. He didn't offer any compensation, and as soon as I brought up medical bills he refused to reimburse my copay at the least. Seriously, take your money to a company who cares about you.

We planned on utilizing a QR code. We knew everyone attending would have a cell phone, and most cell phones have incredible cameras attached to them. I saw an Ad on Facebook for Jolie Images, it was incredibly affordable. I thought it was a scam. I did research on the company and found out it was comprised, and owned by all females. I loved what they stood for. I decided to book them for my wedding. I contacted them and they were incredibly easy to deal with. My date was available so I put $100 down. They allowed me to pay what I could afford, and then pay the balance prior to the wedding day. I requested a female photographer. They have both male & female photographers. I ended up with Joanna, this was such a blessing. She took complete charge and suggested that I do a first look. This was my 2nd wedding and I didn't want to have anxiety or be nervous. Joanna knew exactly what I wanted and eased my anxiety. My first look had laughter instead of tears, since it was done, prior to me walking down the aisle. My husband and I were able to spend precious moments, prior to our ceremony getting all the butterflies out of the way. We even had a special moment and our first kiss . This was all captured. She got to know both families and their personalities. When certain family members pushed back with comments, she would joke back and tell them what to do, where to stand, and how to pose. During the exchange of the rings, the best man left the rings, upstairs. Joanna mentioned in the 27 years she has photographed weddings, she has never witnessed that. In a situation where I could have overreacted, I took a breath, saying to my husband and Pastor, that's ok. Then everyone started laughing. She never missed a beat. When an illness came up, they were easily able to shift their coverage to make sure we still had two photographers and a videographer for the full time, which was a huge relief.
