We booked Sureshot Productions for our wedding on 8/18/2023. Steve was flexible and easy going throughout the entire process. He was very easy to talk to and very responsive to any questions and delivered the final product in a timely manner and as promised (about 2 months after the wedding). If you have any doubts about a videographer, hire Sureshot and you will not be disappointed! There are a variety of different packages and all of the important parts from the ceremony and reception were captured beautifully. We watched our wedding video (~2 hours) and our 5-minute highlight real video and to say it is a work of art is an understatement. The videos are provided with a cute photo on the front with our names and the date of our wedding like a real movie. There are very cool drone shots of the venue for the beginning and end of the videos which were so cool to see the venue from that angle. The sound and cameras were not in the way of the big day as we could barely tell they were there. We also got the raw footage on a USB file for a small additional charge, which was a great offering to have to be able to see outtakes and catch some conversations. The sound on the final video is perfect and the picture is so clear it looks like an actual movie. When planning our wedding, we were on the fence about hiring a videographer. After finding and hiring Sureshot Productions and working together with Steve and Bea, we are definitely glad that we decided to do so as our expectations were far exceeded. Steve and Bea were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process. Prior to the wedding, Steve was always accessible via phone or email and was very prompt to respond to emails and answer all of our questions. Even the day before the wedding, Bea called to reconfirm the locations and times for filming on the day of the wedding which was really great and a nice personal touch to put our minds at ease during such a hectic time. On the day of our wedding, they arrived on time and did an awesome job of capturing all the right moments while remaining unnoticeable in the background (which we really appreciated as we are not used to being recorded). They captured personal interviews and well wishes from our friends and family which was a heartwarming surprise when we watched our video. The full video was provided on time and we were extremely happy with how everything turned out. We also received a highlight video as part of our package which captured the best parts of the day. This also turned out fantastic and was great to share with our family and friends without having them watch the full video. We can't thank Steve and Bea enough for capturing our wedding day and providing such a high quality video that we will be able to enjoy and share for years to come. Steve and Bea went above and beyond our expectations. We could not have been happier with their work. They were very committed and you can tell they really care about making your event as special as you like it. She even helped me put on my bow tie! Not everyone is that committed lol. I have been meaning to write this review for a while now and finally got to it. I have nothing but great comments about this company. They did such an amazing job and the final product came out great. Steve and Bea were both so friendly and very helpful. Steve was always quick with email responses!! My husband and I were not going to get a videographer for our wedding as they are super expensive. Sureshot productions offers great affordable packages and you receive a great final product. I have looked at my wedding video at least 6 times and I just got married on July 4th. Awesome product, responsive, and very professional. They were great to communciate with via phone and email. Very responsive and helpful. Further, they made sure we were all on the same page before the wedding and reception. They were the first ones at the wedding, ready to go. We hardly even saw them at the wedding and reception so they were very stealthy. Lastly, the product just came last week and we loved it. I wanted to take some time to write a review on Sureshot Productions. They videotaped my daughter's wedding at Mickey Finn's Brewery in Libertyville on October 18, 2014. This review may be a little premature since we haven't received our DVD yet, but this review is more on the professionalism and service provided by Bea Bea was everywhere we needed her to be and yet she went almost unnoticed! She was like a ghost but took everything we wanted her take. She also helped (using her light) to help the matron of honor find my daughter's bustle. She reminded us to go outside for fireworks. I don't even know how she knew we wanted those pictures and video...she must have seen them or just plain read our minds! Thank you Bea for everything. Sureshot is highly recommended. There rates are reasonable for service we received. Bea was early...she took video of guests arriving and of Mickey Finns of what it looked like before "the party" started. She was able to video the most fun part of the wedding ceremony. I can't wait to see that video! We are going to YOUTUBE the bride's entrance (no one has ever had a bridal entrance like this). Well, where do we start with this company.......since I can only go up to 5 stars, let's start there. This company is a 10!!!!! They did an excellent job for our wedding, pre-wedding shenanigans, and our reception. Bea was pretty much part of the groomsmen!!!! She had a blast with us I'm sure. Our final dvd came back in a timely fashion and they are just real people to do business with, more than that, great to add to our extended family. Steve was the lead videographer for our wedding and really did a great job. He was very organized and made it really a very simple process for us. He got all the moments I hoped he would well, and was able to put together a really great video with very little direction from myself. In addition, he and his wife were able to put together a slideshow of pictures that we provided him for the reception. Again, I gave very little direction and they did a great job! I was really hoping for vendors that were easy to work with and a good value for my money - he definitely accomplished this. read more

At first I was unsure about having a videographer but decided to check out some companies and prices before I made my final decision. I used Yelp and found Sureshot with great reviews, when I checked their packages I was amazed that they had one that fit what I needed and a price that fit my tight budget. It is a husband and wife company (Steve & Bea), emailing was done through Steve. He was quick to respond and called a few weeks prior to the wedding to go over the details. I met his wife the day of the wedding, she has a great personality and very easy to work with. I could tell that even though I spoke with her husband leading up to the wedding, he was relaying the information to her. Both Steve & Bea did a great job capturing every moment and editing the footage into the video. I am so happy that I did get a videographer, the day went by so fast but they caught every moment so I could watch it and actually see everything that was going on. read more
