They communicate constantly. I didn't wait for more than two minutes when they showed up with the car and the keys were handed over to me and I was on my way. I kept the first Chrysler Pacifica, which was absolutely perfect brand new and spotless for one week with my family. After my family returned to the US I changed cars to a Honda pilot and that changeover was also seamless. The Honda pilot was brand new spotlessly clean, and performed flawlessly. The Team at Black tie is great. I have a large family and this service made my trip even better. Puerto Rico is great and Black Tie Car Rental is awesome.
