After walking 10 minutes uphill in the 90-degree heat, I was told my child was not allowed to ride on the golf cart and that I would not receive a refund. If children aren't allowed, that policy should be made crystal clear before customers book and pay. The same goes for the **$250 security deposit**, which was never clearly disclosed upfront. Instead of working with us or offering any solution, they kept my deposit and sent us away. We were left without a golf cart after planning ahead and paying in advance. Good customer service starts with clear communication, honesty, and giving customers all the important information before taking their money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience. I would not recommend this company and encourage others to ask about **all policies, age restrictions, deposits, and refund policies** before booking so they don't end up in the same situation.

When the cart died, i called the number to let them know and figure out the best way for me to resolve this, and they told me to leave it in a legal parking spot and they would come get it. I didnt know they were going to charge me a tow fee for something that was not my fault. I would never rent from this company again.

The pick up from the ferry was convenient and timely - very kind staff. Once arriving to the site, we noticed another client arguing with them about leaving them with no transportation back to the ferry, and false advertising. I minded my business but eventually I understood their point. When we arrived they aggressively told me that I wasn't allowed to go into the office, and only my friend was because she was the primary driver (understandable but the method of communication about that rule wasn't respectful whatsoever). She went in and finalized the paperwork, and when returning to me she was followed by Enid who wasn't respectful or kind whatsoever. She was explaining the instructions to her only, when I was a secondary driver and was disregarding the fact that I didn't understand Spanish. I went to ask her a question and she rudely responded. What I found out later was that she was pressuring my friend to write her a 5 star review (literally taking her phone and inputting her name and a 5 star rating) which was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. We were given a golf cart with a faulty lock and upon returning were told to only come in if we were returning the vehicle. They eventually replaced our lock after having to repeat the reason for coming twice. When it was time to return the vehicle, they told us we had no other option but to get a taxi to get to the ferry (even after promising transportation back) there weren't people waiting, there was no reason they couldn't drive us the 6 minute drive. I wouldn't recommend this business, Enid topped it all and truthfully would be the reason I seek another company in the future. The rest of your group/party will have to wait for you at the ferry while you go pay $80 plus a two $500 deposit for the rental. At the end of the day, you also have to drop off the rental at their main location and will have to take a taxi back to the ferry. It was an awful experience where you literally feel like you're being kidnapped and they will do anything to rush you to sign for $$ Also, the UT is so slow, and the roads are really really bad. You will be driving like a grandmother to not flip over the rental. I do not recommend having a rental UT at all, and also the management of this company doesn't even let you wait inside for the taxi at the end of the day they literally make you sit outside their office in the blazing sun even when their office is empty. They literally do not care about anything but getting their greedy hands on a payment , horrible management

As soon as we stepped off the ferry, we were approached by several UTV rental companies. We ended up choosing UTV Rentals PR since they were the first to speak to us. The first red flag came almost immediately when their shuttle driver told us there wasn't enough room for both of us, so I had to leave my girlfriend behind while I went to pick up the UTV. When I arrived, the vehicle I was given appeared to be in rough condition, but I didn't think much of it. We were excited to start exploring the island. Unfortunately, our adventure took an unexpected turn. Around 5:02 p.m., our UTV suddenly stopped working, leaving us stranded. I immediately tried calling the rental company, but there was no answer--they had already closed for the day. I then called every phone number listed on our rental contract, but no one responded. After nearly 40 minutes of panicking, trying to troubleshoot the UTV, and even attempting to contact AAA, we were feeling completely helpless. As a last resort, I walked up a random road hoping to find someone who could help. That's when we met some of the kindest people we've ever encountered. They didn't hesitate to help us and even drove us back to the rental company. The driver introduced himself as Jerry. At first it didn't register, even though he was wearing a Jerry's Jeep Rental shirt, but I later realized it was Jerry himself. He and his wife showed us an incredible amount of kindness, compassion, and genuine hospitality when they had absolutely no obligation to do so. What started as a stressful experience ended with a reminder that the people you meet can make all the difference. Jerry and his wife turned a frustrating situation into one we'll never forget--not because of what happened, but because of how they treated us. We are truly grateful for their generosity and willingness to help complete strangers. If you're planning a trip to Culebra and are looking for a rental company that genuinely cares about people, I wholeheartedly recommend Jerry's Jeep Rental. We weren't told until the very last minute that we were required to take our shoes off at the lagoon b4 we got off the bus. We had to walk across very rough, rocky ground into deep mud to get into the kayaks. I was very worried about getting my feet cut during that. The rest of the trip was fun and the staff obviously enjoy their jobs. Thank you for a unique experience.
