They will give us 10% off at the end our drive. Not bad. Rentals are all located on the 2nd floor. Staff on the parking level will tell us what our car will be. Easy to grab and go here. Pick a car in your segment and go. Either a newer Hyundai Elantra or a Kia Forte. Some visible scratches on the hood, back and the right side. It's a bit beat up, but mostly superficial. I was also told that if I declined the unlimited toll package, I would be charged $50 every time I used a toll road, plus the cost of the toll. However, the information on the company's website states that the administrative fee is $2.95 per toll transaction, plus the toll amount. During the insurance discussion, I was told that they needed to know whether anyone was driving my personal vehicle back home because they would be "transferring" my insurance coverage from my personal vehicle to the rental car. That explanation did not match my understanding of how my personal auto insurance works.
